Hello all, so if you read my post above we got an RFE. The RFE states that "the evidence submitted indicates that you may have met the beneficiary through the services of an International Marriage Broker (IMB).

My fiancee and I met on Filipinocupid.com which is not an IMB as far as I am aware. We met each other by me messaging her and us talking online before meeting in person in Manila; no one helped us to meet each other.

It says, "If you feel that the website/business is not considered an International Marriage Broker, you must submit evidence that it does not charge fees for providing dating, matrimonial, matchmaking services, or social referrals between United States citizens and foreign nationals.

Can someone, anyone, please help with this?

I believe you can look up the terms of service for that site and print the information regarding them NOT being an IMB. Also I know I have seen a section on here for IMBR. I just can't seem to find it now. Search around on here. I am sure you will find some answers. Good luck

Almost every noa2 over the past few days have been for noa1s after mine. I'm getting tired of this wait. I don't know how they organize things there, but it doesn't seem orderly. And I have no criminal background, no divorces, me and my fiance are both 26 and 25,I have great evidence for our relationship... I don't know why my noa2 is taking so long, I would even be happy with an rfe just to know it's being looked at. I log into the site and it says there is no info on my case at this time.

Sent I129f - April 28, 2015

Received I129f - May 1, 2015

NOA1 - May 5, 2015 (Email on 6, Harcopy on 9)

NOA2 - July 9 (Email and text)

NOA2 Hardcopy - July 13

NVC Case # Assigned - July 30

Consulate Received - Aug. 3

Medical - Aug. 12 (We passed! Well, almost. She needs to see a psychiatrist on the 28th, which shouldn't be a big issue. She cut her wrist long ago in her teenage years.)

Interview - ??? (Originally Aug. 26, but since she is now required to see a psychiatrist on the 28th, it will be rescheduled, probably sometime in Sept.)
