Interview was on August 27th. Interview went well. I was waiting outside the US embassy for her interview that day but we got 221g for Domicile. So that same day I responded with a statement. We waited until today, October 15th in Bangkok, 14th in USA to have the visa issued. I had to fly back here to the US about a month ago which messed up our plans to fly back together. Im just glad its ready now!
Good luck to everyone else still waiting!

Our NOA1 at CSC was on May 21, 2015. We still haven't heard a word. Moreover, the web request on the case status, on USCIS web site, doesn't go through: they say, the term of processing time has not passed yet (this is 5 month on their web site, out 5 months have passed 2 days ago). What can we do?

Lots of tips and pointers, just follow the link below at the twisting arrow. I'll give you all the right stuff, step by step for processing in the Philippines and it's FREE.

BTW there are lots of people over in the sub-forum for the Philippines that can give you answers more to what you can expect during your interview at USEM.

Elliott had the interview yesterday in Sydney and after only a 5 minute interview we are APPROVED! thanks to everyone for the help & support!! & good luck to everyone still waiting! elliott said the man was very nice and relaxed and only asked a handful of questions (How/when did we meet? How long did we date before we got engaged? What do I do for work?) he even cracked a few jokes!! elliott said the man did not even go through any of the documents elliott brought (sigh** i spent $60 sending them overseas!! lol)

My Fiance and I flew back to the U.S. this last Monday, so we're slowly getting her adjusted to U.S. life, most of the trouble being finding her food she enjoys here (American food tastes significantly different to Indian food) otherwise she seems to be adjusting quite well. Giving it a week before we dive into SSN, Marriage plans and the rest =)

Thank you for all the guidance.:)

I'm going to have my interview in less than 2 weeks. It's already nervewracking! I had an interview at the embassy a year ago for a tourist visa, I got denied and i feel so scared now... I got traumatized or perhaps that is a strong word, but I really hope we get this.

Having a prior case as you have described will have no barring. Lots of cases of victory visa's get turned down from the Philippines. Your case I suspect is not much different.

You have to have confidence in front of the CO to want this. Be strong, look the CO in the eyes when answering. Only answer the questions when asked and do so truthfully which includes "I don't know".

Good luck. You can do this.
