I got a case number last thursday and it still doesn't show up on the tracker too! Sooo annoying how long NVC has been taking!

They do seem to be taking longer than usual. Mine shows up on CEAC but has said "At NVC" Since July 10th!!! I called today and they said my petition was undergoing administrative processing. When I asked what that entailed, they said it was several things and that all cases have to undergo it. She also said that they didn't start working on my petition until July 13th but the case number was assigned July 10th. :sleepy:

I hope everyone gets through NVC fast!!!

9/01/13- Met online 7/10/15- NVC case # assigned **22 days from NOA2**

11/9/13- Met 1st time in person (L) 7/27/15- Case left NVC to South Africa!!!

2/01/14- Met 2nd time in person (L) 7/28/15- Case "ready"

9/01/14- Met 3rd time in person (L) 7/31/15- Consulate received

5/11/15- Mailed I-129F 8/4/15- Packet 3 received by email

5/19/15- NOA1--- Got routed to CSC!!! :dancing: 8/7/15- Sent Packet 3

5/22/15- File "touched" 8/7/15- Packet 4 received by email!

5/27/15- Our baby was born (L) 9/7- 9/8- Medical

6/18/15- NOA2!!!! Email notification at 21:30 Central Time **30 days from NOA1** 9/17/15- Interview!!! APPROVED :luv:

9/28/15- Visa in hand

9/29/15- US Entry---- Finally!!

They do seem to be taking longer than usual. Mine shows up on CEAC but has said "At NVC" Since July 10th!!! I called today and they said my petition was undergoing administrative processing. We called tonight and was on hold for 45 mins and our file was sent to the consulate today!! He gave me the invoice number and beneficiary number as well!! YAYYYYYY!!! Over the moon happy!

Adjustment of Status (AOS) Process from K1
20th November 2015: Filed AOS paperwork along with Employment Authorization Document (EAD) and Advanced Parole (AP) requests.

29th November 2015: electronic notifications (Email and text x3)

25th November 2015: NOA1 (date they received)
17th December 2015: early walk in biometrics appointment. (letter date: December 21).

29th December 2015: Case ready to be scheduled for interview
8th February 2016: Completed service request for EAD via USCIS phone call
16th February 2016:Checked online and EAD was approved (Date approved February 12th).

19th February 2016- Card has been mailed

20th February 2016- Card delivered

Current status: Waiting for AOS interview to be scheduled!

Hi guys,just want to ask any members here who had some issues about getting a police clearance in other country like singapore.I read that i have to wait for our mnl case # and go to USEM to get a request letter at window 38.Does anyone experienced this situation and kindly give more information pls?Thank you all guys in advance...:)

That is great news!!! Did you check CEAC? Did it reflect that update?

I checked CEAC and it says at NVC. I wasn't even able to see anything yesterday and said it showed no data.

Hope yours gets out soon too!

I just want to check how many of the May Fillers are still waiting for NOA2? is there quite a lot of you or for the most part everyone is? We have sent the petition on the 29th of May and got NOA1 on the 5th of June, hence I follow June Fillers section more. Not so much involved in here, therefore if you can update me would be great!

I just see a lot of approvals who sent the petition even couple weeks after us, so was wondering how is that happening and also how many of you guys are still waiting.

Better check in igor's list. There are still people waiting from April and May, also The cases are not adjudicated in a particular order.

We got our NOA1 on June 4th and are still waiting as well. I feel your pain, it's incredibly frustrating to question why others are going through faster. It's really hard not to feel like there must be a reason why ours is taking longer. I'm aware that there are plenty of people who have been waiting much longer than we have (poor TSC) but it doesn't do much to ease my concerns.

We're also unable to check our case online through a USCIS account - we continue to get a "technical error" message every time we try to sign in. We're feeling very left in the dark.

Hola,

So I am becoming obsessed checking the CEAC site, lol. I can't help it. I am really hoping for my fiancee to be here by the time my maternity leave is up in late August. My case still says "at NVC". Maybe they don't update it in real time. See... I am going crazy. lol. I also saw another package left the NVC to South Africa on Thursday. The one that left on Wednesday is already there.

It sucks about the wait for your birth certificate. We are waiting on his Mauritian police report, it should be any day now since he asked for it a month ago and that is how long it is supposed to take. My fiancee has a cousin who lives in Cape Town with his wife, they may be able to visit my fiancee when he is in Johannesburg so that is good news. At least he will see someone he knows.

So I called NVC today. You guys are so awesome here. After I got my case number, I used the link to CEAC that everyone had left to check their cases online, where my case was at. Johannesburg has received my case and they're pretty much ready to receive me. I can't do a thing though since I'm still waiting on my birth certificate. I wanna call the Embassy and ask if they'll help me to schedule an interview and send them the original birth certificate once I receive it. Not sure if it's gonna work. But I suppose I gotta try. How far is your case? Any news?

Hello, I sent mine May 26th, NOA1 June 3rd, and received text for NOA2 July 6th. Still waiting for the case # from NVC. Best of luck!
