Congrats to you both!!

We're still waiting for ours and our NOA2 was June 22. The lady I just spoke to asked about where it was sent. So I said NVC, 32 Rochester Ave, Portsmouth! Do you guys know if this makes any difference to how quick we get a case number? It got me worried now..

I tried this and I couldn't get it to work my case left NVC on July 11

I just looked and couldnt find it either. Maybe it takes time to update the system?

I searched EXP 09 JUL 2015A and Phillipines and got a result. I couldn't get any result for July 10th from any country I tried.

603-334-0700 is the phone number. You can call now and check to see if its there yet. Some people's file gets there very fast and for others it takes longer. Just luck I guess. I was calling every other day and then every day after 2 weeks. It was driving me crazy!

The line is open from 7 am to 11 pm eastern time. The best time to call is when they first open or closer to when they close. Otherwise, its very hard to get thru to someone.

If your case is there, they transfer you to another line and you have to tell them your fiancee's full name and birthday and then they give you the case number. You can then track it here : https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

I agree. Really disheartening. I was the beneficiary on another application two years ago (didn't want to meet another American after it ended with the first guy, but life is funny that way), so I'm wondering if that is causing some sort of delay. It seems that the old application is active even though the petitioner withdrew it and forwarded a letter from USCIS saying it was withdrawn. I almost wish they would RFE us, so that we can just hear something. I hope we both hear something soon.

Idk really.. , we know each other for over 8 years, age isn't a problem, I'm 28 nd she's 26, and we've never been married before or anything. So, I don't think we have any red flags. Maybe cuz I'm from MENA countries? but even that shouldn't be a problem, since I've visited her through a B2 visa (they've already checked my background and everything), never overstayed or anything...don't really find a reason for this delay . I just hope we won't receive a RFE after 3 months of waiting lol...

Let's just hope, we'll receive the good news this week

Hello Everyone

We sent our packet last June 29, 2015, but until now we didn't received our NOA1? I noticed that some on here received as early as 5-6 days. Do I have to wait 3 weeks? 1 month?

So did we. I'm trying to look on the bright side that this our chance to clear up any confusion so that, hopefully, it will be smooth sailing from here on out. Also, I'm glad to know that our application was at least looked at.

Hope yours isn't too serious and that it gets approved quickly.

Sorry it is taking so long for you to get NOA1. For us, it took 8 days to get the email. The check was cashed the same day the email came.

Do you have a tracking number from the post office? Has the check been cashed? I really think you are going to hear something very soon. It probably took 3 days to get to the lockbox in the mail and I am not sure if the office was open July 3rd. Many government offices closed July 3rd.

This whole K1 visa process is one big waiting and hoping game. Stay positive!!

My fiancee used US Postal service to send our packet and yes the check was cashed. Yes, I am considering that since there's a government holiday (July 03) plus during sats & suns government offices are closed. Well, I am looking forward to receive NOA1 anytime this week or next week.

Thank you.We're not sure what's the reason for RFE yet but i hope its not really that serious too.Just like other members here,we met through website but my fiance had stated something that filipinocupid is not a marriage broker coz thats what the rapidvisa told him to write at the bottom of our story.Its just sad that he even asked help of rapidvisa to get thinngs done quickly but it seems still NOT enough:(

Anyway finger cross that things will be fine soon:)
