Called NVC this morning,, they still don't have my case. It has been 22 days since NOA2 :(

9/01/13- Met online 7/10/15- NVC case # assigned **22 days from NOA2**

11/9/13- Met 1st time in person (L) 7/27/15- Case left NVC to South Africa!!!

2/01/14- Met 2nd time in person (L) 7/28/15- Case "ready"

9/01/14- Met 3rd time in person (L) 7/31/15- Consulate received

5/11/15- Mailed I-129F 8/4/15- Packet 3 received by email

5/19/15- NOA1--- Got routed to CSC!!! :dancing: 8/7/15- Sent Packet 3

5/22/15- File "touched" 8/7/15- Packet 4 received by email!

5/27/15- Our baby was born (L) 9/7- 9/8- Medical

6/18/15- NOA2!!!! Email notification at 21:30 Central Time **30 days from NOA1** 9/17/15- Interview!!! APPROVED :luv:

9/28/15- Visa in hand

9/29/15- US Entry---- Finally!!

Called NVC this morning,, they still don't have my case. It has been 22 days since NOA2 :(

I called tonight and they were not able to check the system it has been 21 days since my NOA 2 I feel you pain :(

2015-05-27---I-129F Sent

2015-05-28-- I-129F Received

2015-06-01---NOA 1 Sent

2015-06-02---NOA 1 Received

2015-06-19---I-129F Approved :D

2015-06-26---NOA 2 Received

2015-07-14---NVC Received

2015-07-14---NVC # Assign

2015-07-20---Left NVC

2015-08-03---Arrive at consulate

FINALLY NOA2!!

Our K1 journey

  • August 30, 2014-met in Spain, fell in love (L)
  • March 2015-he visited me in the U.S.
  • May 22, 2015-we went on vacation together and signed our I-129F docs
  • May 27, 2015-submitted I-129F
  • May 28, 2015-I-129F received in Texas lockbox
  • June 1, 2015-NOA1 received at CSC (email & text) :dancing:
  • June 2, 2015-check cashed
  • June 5, 2015-NOA1 letter received
  • July 10, 2015-NOA2 (updated on USCIS case tracker app) :dancing:
  • July 20, 2015-NOA2 letter received
  • July 28, 2015- Got case #!! :idea:
  • July 31,2015 Case left NVC
  • August 10, 2015 Case at embassy
  • August 14, 2015 Case "ready"
  • October: Fiance decided he was too afraid to move so he broke up with me :crying:

I called at about 9 pm Eastern and was also told the system was down. I hope Monday brings us both good news!!

Yeah sure ! Our RFE is about his divorce paper .. Just simple as that .. his lawyer gave him paper about the divorce he assume the one he have is the final divorce paper. So the USCIS request for the final divorce decree with the sign of the judge .. well good thing is we get it really fast to his lawyer and the next day we sent our response to our RFE :) a week of waiting for RFE hardcopy but few hrs to give what they need. :D

I got an RFE because i filed for the same petition before. Same fiance. They got his name wrong. They put his middle name as his last name. And they are asking for a G 325a, which i already sent them with my original packet. They were also asking why my 1st petition didnt work out.

My 1st petition expired.. And they made a mistake thinking it was a different fiance.

I think its not a big deal then. We just got our hardcopy of our NOA1, I hope if ever we get an RFE its something that can easily be fix. Thank you for sharing. God Bless us all

I'm wondering how did your petition expire? Did you get your NOA2 approved in the first petition?

Yes i got my NOA2 and all. He even got an interview. But they said they need more proof that we are in a relationship so they sent the case back to the dept of state then to uscis. Uscis immigration officer told me they would extend the validity of our petition since it will expire nov 22. Until they reach a decision. But april this year i got a decision saying they didnt review my petition because it expired nov 22.
