In April most (if not all) cases were being sent to CSC.

No one reported so far this month (may) where their petition was routed to.

Nice, I'm hopeful I'll get a WAC number too seeing as I'm also in Florida. Your package got to them one day earlier so maybe I'll get a text tomorrow

Btw.. Do you guys think it's longer to get approved if it's the same sex marriage? Are they more likely to get a RFE? Thanks

Well we are a hetero couple but I don't see why that would be a factor...its 2015!

Initially sent the package on April 21st but it was sent back to us this week because they do not accept canadian checks lol

We just sent it out today (with a money order!) and I'm hoping that we will get our NOA1 soon!

There is no longer process for same sex marriage - the only RFE received that I have seen posted by a same sex couple was a letter clarifying what state the couple were intended to be married in, to ensure that the marriage would be legal, and I think even this RFE is uncommon. An RFE would be just as likely as an RFE for any couple, therefore the processing time would be the same
