Are there many people within this forum whom are still awaiting an update on your AOS from when you originally submitted it back in May?

Me! We've submitted ours last May 23. Have not heard anything from them since they changed our status online to "ready to be scheduled for an interview". That was last july 9. No changes after that. But i already received my ead and ap combo card.

Thats more than myself. I got a soft touch on July 5th but still sitting with my fingerprint fee was received as of today. EAD was received okay and within the timeframe.

Same here, case shows "ready to be scheduled since July 9th" I sent my i-485 out on late May 29th. Slow or fast is depending on local office since my Houston is backing up now, the last people I know just received his Interview Letter from Houston took 5 months and 15days so that I won't expect mine this time.

Still waiting on EAD. Received an RFE early on (about the same time as the biometrics appointment) and received notice that our response was accepted July 6th. It has now been 99 days since our response was accepted. We sent a service request and the response was they are processing the application and we will hear the result when they finish reviewing the case. We've reached out to our senator and completed the needed forms for them to make an inquiry on our behalf. We also have had no updates on the 485 since the notice our response was accepted. Any other suggestions?

I've got my EAD and AP, but my I-485 has been sitting at "we are ready to schedule your interview" since July 7. I filed May 18.

Call USCIS and make a service request unless the senator has already done that for you, aside from his 'inquiry'.

July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

No, one service request is good for 30 days. Just have to wait.
