February 26, 2018 case transferred to local office

August 17, 2018 Received new extension letter

September 19, 2018 Case transferred and new office has jurisdiction

September 24th, 2018 Received case transfer notice in the mail to Texas Center

October 17, 2018 Card in Production APPROVED!!! WHOO-WHOO!!!!:dance::dance:

NO RFE or Interview on ROC I751!!!

October 22nd, 2018 USPS tracking updated GC to arrive on Oct 24th!

October 23rd, 2018 Green Card in Hand!!

that EAD card is a combo card with the AP...it should say "SERVES AS I-512 ADVANCE PAROLE" at the bottom of the card

So, can she travel outside USA? I thought the travel document is like passport

yes she can :) i believe theres a letter that was sent together with that combo card that explains how the AP works..just make sure you have your EAD/AP card and approval letters and passport with you at all times while traveling to and from the US...& yup the passport! Edited by Glendale

Hi be carefully using Advance Parole as it has some restrictions Ex. Use only for emergency situations, death in the family, etc. If application for Adjustment of Status is still pending, it is still in the discretion of the Officer at the point of entry if one is admissible or not.

05/13/2015 - Sent I-485/I-130/I-765/I-131 to USCIS.

05/18/2015 - Received I-797 NOA with Receipt Numbers.

05/25/2015 - Received Biometrics appointment letter

06/10/2015 - Biometrics Appointment done

06/15/2015 - Received RFE letter dated 6/9/15

07/08/2015 - Sent reply to RFE

07/14/2015 - USCIS confirmed receipt of our reply to RFE

07/25/2015 - I-131 AP approved

07/27/2015 - I-765 EAD approved

08/04/2015 - USCIS sent EAD/AP

08/05/2015 - Received EAD/AP approval notice
08/14/2015 - Received EAD/AP card

12/03/2015 - Interview scheduled for January 8, 2016

01/08/2016 - Interview. I-485 AOS approved

01/10/2016 - I-485 and I-130 approval notice mailed

01/12/2016 - 'New Card' was mailed

01/15/2016 - Received Green Card.

Has anyone been recently approved for the EAD? If so how long did you wait for the card? Did you see changes online or no? Thanks

give it 10-15 days and you'll surely receive it ? sometimes online status is updated late so dont worry about it

I just refreshed my case status page for my AOS Green Card and it says "'My Card is Being Produced". Now, yesterday morning it still said "'My Fingerprint Fee Was Received" or something like that. I haven't gone in for an interview and haven't heard anything on my case up until this update.

Is it a glitch in the system? Has anyone else received this update?

Congrats! Looks like you are approved. I would assume you should have received a Notice for potential interview waiver letter or maybe that's still coming in your mail.

When did you apply for AoS? I don't see your timeline

That would be amazing!! I check my case status every day and never saw a potential interview waiver update. Does that only come by mail?

Your timeline is almost identical to mine, so I would say yours should be coming any day!

Another update: It now says "My Welcome Noticed Was Mailed"

AOS Timeline 350 days

 

May 31/15 - Sent AOS/EAD/AP to USCIS

June 4/15 - Email and text notifications they were recieved

June 10/15 - NOA1 for AOS/EAD/AP Dated June 1

June 17/15- Change of address confirmation

June 22/15- Biometrics appointment received

July 1/15- Biometrics appointment done(5 minute appointment, 8 hour round trip drive <_< )

August 5/15 - Change of address submitted for new location

August 8/15 - Mobile/E-mail notifications for approved EAD/AP :)

August 17/15 - Change of address confirmation after calling in

August 17/15 - EAD/AP Combo card mailed out(To the wrong address, and then lost by USPS)

September 3/15 - Contacted USCIS and was told to re-apply with a new application and fees?! Put in a service request online for lost card, and a complaint

September 8/15 - USPS found & returned card to USCIS

September 15/15 - Ombudsman contacted USCIS

September 17/15 - Card mailed back out

September 19/15 - EAD/AP Combo card finally in hand

September 22/15 - NPIW letter received, dated September 9/2015 estimated 6 month wait

October 13-21/15 - Traveled using AP to visit parents & ship the rest of our belongings out west

November 27-30/15 - Traveled using AP

December 28/15- RFE hard copy, waiting on documents from Canada

January 31-February 7/16 - Traveled using AP

February 10/16 - Sent in RFE, delivered Feb 16

April 16/16 - Service request filed, RFE was never updated online

May 12 - Approved email and status update dated May 10. Service request never was assigned or solved, though.

May 14 - Greencard in hand!
