It's gonna be 120 days in a couple of days for me as well,they approved it last week and still nothing;they haven't even mail it yet and it's the right time to start hob hunt even at the mall for starters ughhh

NVC Received : some dinkelsberry yehoo in the house of clingons send our petition to the wrong consulate.

Consulate Received : July 30,2014 Transfer to right embassy complete.

Interview Date : Oct 22, 2014

Interview Result : AP , requesting another PC (not expired) and certified divorce decree (was submitted)Stokes interview via phone for petitioner 4 hrs after interview.

Oct 23 email notification visa approved.
Visa Received : Nov. 3 , 2014 VISA IN HAND.

Service request : Aug 12, 2015, letter received that it will be processed within 90 days from receipt of RFE.

UPDATE: Aug 24, 2015, EAD card being produced/ordered. ( 102 days from AOS receipt day and 55 days from RFE response received.) Thank you Jesus !

Renewal EAD in production notification text and online, expedite successful 4 days after RFE request response was faxed, Aug25mailed,Aug29received.

Sept. 21 Interview, 2 hour interview, we were separated and asked about 50 questions each for an hour each. IO was firm but professional, some smiles.
Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

I am already dreading the possibility of having to re do the medical and the extra expense and hassle. If the adjudication takes longer than a year

then they are now asking for a new medical, even though AOS was submitted in plenty of time. It used to be as long as it's withing a year of filing

you were fine.

No I wish, I don't want an interview at all, traumatized from interviews :mellow: don't care how long it takes to get the GC with the waiver.

finally got all my cards taken care of today (ss, state ID and DL) and will start with the new job on monday...at least for now work will take my mind off the pending AOS...

my medical will expire on october so im guessing they'll send me an RFE for that too ?

and to all of you guys waiting for your cards and approval on your EAD, i hope you get it very soon...

My wife was just offered a month long temp job with the US Navy of all places starting Monday. She's pretty excited about being able to earn money now.

still nothing in my end since EAD

AOS timeline

May 18th -- sent concurrent filings(i-485, i-130, and i-765)

May 20th -- USCIS received package

May 23rd -- NOA for biometrics set for June 8th

June 8th -- Did Biometrics had some problems getting in but was resolve

July 10th -- EAD was approved online

July 22nd -- EAD is Recieved

still waiting for Interview schedule for AoS and wating for confirmation of i-130 and i-485

you were fine.

My medical exam expired September 3rd, the Request for Initial Evidence on my I-485 received on September 9 is for the joint sponsor's birth certificate. If they would consider the medical exam, shouldn't they have also joint something about that in this Request for Evidence (the 2nd one on the I-485) ?

Maybe we won't get any since we sent it in in time...

I seriously hope so! I don't want an other problem with all these documents!

I just received the approval notice in my mailbox. ..but my status haven't been updated since it said "we ordered your new card" anyone ever receive the card without an actual update? (Wishful thinking)
