Hey guys!

Today on day 100 I received an update saying my new card is being produced! I'm ecstatic!!! Even though it took longer than we expected, we are still so blessed and thankful to receive this notice. Couldn't be happier right now!

To all who is still waiting, it's all worth it in the end, just be patient :)

Congrats!!! I am on day 105. Enjoy your new freedom!

Today on day 100 I received an update saying my new card is being produced! I'm ecstatic!!! Even though it took longer than we expected, we are still so blessed and thankful to receive this notice. Couldn't be happier right now!

I have a question: they are over 100 days since I applied for the form I-485 and no updates since May. Should I start to call them?

Thanks !

If you filed for EAD and AP then yes, by all means make a service request

or have the petitioner contact the senator/congressman to make an inquiry, and/or get a job offer and request an expedite submitting proof

to USCIS.

If you only filed for the I-485, then no, 100 days is too early. They are backlogged and you may get an interview waiver letter in 2-3 months

which means your GC can take a total of 12-14+ months. If they want to interview you then you get an interview letter which is a faster process

to get your GC.

I got a rfe so I guess that's why I'm waiting so long but it's been 45 days since they received it..

After we made a service request our case was assigned to an officer the next day according to the updates. We had an RFE also that they

received June 30.

Idk anything about doing a service request,was it after they receive the rfe you did a service request?

I know how you feel.. My lawyer enquired about it and other than them saying putting it in a more "immediate workflow" and "decision in the near future" We haven't gotten anything :-( this really sucks
