Got an email too saying EAD approved but it went to my (USC) email and not my husband's even though his email was on the

G1145, that was weird.

So relieved that it was approved, we were worried about the RFE being the problem.

Praying everyone else still waiting will get approved any day now. Hang in there.

Good morning May filers? I have a question. I want to ask if how long does USCIS usually take to review and make a decision after it receive response to a RFE?

We received a RFE last June for my I-485 application and responded in July. The last update I got is that 'Response to RFE Was Received'. That was 5 weeks ago.

'Response was received' update is all we get. I assume that my RFE was accepted because they approved the EAD/AP since it is dependent on a valid

I-485. I have not read anyone else receiving any more confirmation if a RFE was good enough for them other than AOS denied or a second RFE

on the same issue.

Hi,

I wanted to ask, that if the NBC processes both the I-485 and the I-765 applications by the same IO, however on the processing timeframe for the NBC there isn't any I-485 processing times mentioned and only that of the I-765? I checked the service centers and they also don't process any I-485's family based, so does all applications for AOS get sent to the local area of where you are living for processing after NBC are done reviewing the application?

The applications are at the MSC (Missouri Service Center) and remain there as far as I know, unless you are called for an interview and then they get transferred

to your local field office.

Today on day 100 I received an update saying my new card is being produced! I'm ecstatic!!! Even though it took longer than we expected, we are still so blessed and thankful to receive this notice. Couldn't be happier right now!
