today was my 85th day

try checking your status in a few hours...that happened to me the day my ead got pproved...it went from "new card is being produced" and 2 hours later to "case was approved"...it was on the 7th of this month and its stuck on that status until now...

I am on day 96 and no updates.. Mine is still stuck on that they received it, not even mentioned online my biometrics that I had 66 days ago.. :-( who is counting... Definitely me.. My Divorce is almost final (less than 10 days)

Letter after the service request we made 8/12 :

Your case is within our current processing times. Our systems show that we received your response to our RFE (I-485)

on June 30, 2015. Your I-765 will be processed within 90 days of the receipt of the requested evidence.

I have seen others with a much later RFE receipt date already with their EAD/AP cards. That just sucks ! It would make it until Sept. 30 !

Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Yes because the Permanent Residency Card will allow you to work and travel. So no need for EAD and AP :)

This is just ridiculous: 90 days from the receipt of the RFE?

Stay strong, I hope it will go faster!

I made a request on 8/03, no update yet (the agent said 'it hasn't been opened yet'), I'll call tomorrow, Wednesday and every other day of the week because since I can't work yet, I have plenty of time to keep calling them.

I had a RFE for my I-485 but not for my I-765. If I don't have any update by the end of the week, I will need to request an expedite for my AP (I-131) because we have a trip in less than a month.

The agents said that doing requests doesn't affect the processing times.

Just did my morning check my USCIS case online & FINALLY it was different from the rest of the days,

This time it says card is being produced!!!!

I didnt get a text or email.

does anyone know how long this will actually take to arrive at my home? 1-2 weeks!

However, there is no tracking number, did you guys get one?

The whole trip costs about $1000/person if not more (maybe this could be considered financial loss if it cannot be cancelled), it is also just over 120days from after we got our NOA1.

I had my biometrics over 2months ago, I never thought it would take this long.. I hope that the senator's office can help :)

They won't expedite for ticket money of a planned trip. But contact the congressman or senator and have him inquire why you don't have

EAD/AP yet. I hope you can change the date on your tickets.

Unfortunatelly the dates cannot be changed, it is a family trip with my in-laws. I will keep praying and if I can't go well, my loss and I'll be really mad with the processing times... 3months and still no update online since they received the documents. I will call them everyday until I have an update; I can do that since I can't work yet ;)

Unfortunatelly the dates cannot be changed, it is a family trip with my in-laws. I will keep praying and if I can't go well, my loss and I'll be really mad with the processing times... 3months and still no update online since they received the documents. A senator or congressman pulls more weight making an inquiry.

Service request for pending AOS June 14, 2016, tier 2 said performing background checks.
Expedite request for EAD/AP Aug 3, 2016, Aug10 notification >request was received, assigned, completed. RFE letter requesting evidence for expedite, docs faxed Aug18

*Service request for I-485 Aug 3, 2016, Aug11 notification> request was assigned. Service request Dec 2, 2016.
AOS Interview letter received Aug 12, 2016

AOS Interview September 21, 2016.

Second Biometrics appointment letters received for EAD and AOS on Aug 15, 2016 for Aug 17 ( 2 day notice).

Second Biometrics completed Aug 17, 2016

Third Biometrics appointment letter received Aug 19, 2016 for Sept. 1, 2016. WTH ?!

EAD/AP (renewal) approval Aug 22, 2016, NOA2 received Aug 25, 2016

Renewal EAD in production notification text and online, expedite successful 4 days after RFE request response was faxed, Aug25mailed,Aug29received.

Sept. 21 Interview, 2 hour interview, we were separated and asked about 50 questions each for an hour each. IO was firm but professional, some smiles.
Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.
