We sent the AOS, EAD & AP yesterday, it arrived today.

I pray for no RFE (some of our documents were dated beginning April/end March) and I don't have the petitioner's Tax Return for 2014 but I have it for the sponsor (K1 visa also went through the sponsor since the petitioner doesn't make enough yet).

I just realized the AP requiered 2 pictures... will I get a RFE for the AOS, EAD too or only for the AP? (I only sent 2 pics for the AOS and 2 pics for EAD)

Sent mine on Monday! However I feel my whole package may be sent back as I didn't put my complete address on my i-130 filing fee check. Which will mean my i-485,765,131 will get rejected too :(

You will get an RFE for the 2 photos for AP and for the tax return but the date on the form from April/March is no problem.

UPDATE: July 5, 2015 updated on all 3 cases, RFE received June 30, 2015.

Service request : Aug 12, 2015, letter received that it will be processed within 90 days from receipt of RFE.

UPDATE: Aug 24, 2015, EAD card being produced/ordered. ( 102 days from AOS receipt day and 55 days from RFE response received.) Thank you Jesus !

Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

After the emails and messages,what's next?, it also said they received finger print receipt,does that mean they cashed the money order?

After that within a week or so you should be receiving the hardcopy of the NOA1 and another week later and you get Biometrics appt.

Congrats on everyone's NOA1's and Biometrics appointment! I haven't checked the mail today but maybe I'll have something in the mail soon. Fingers crossed.

How are you, the foreigner, or your partner adjusting to life in the States? I'm the beneficiary and I'm finding the adjustment to be quite interesting. I love being here with my guy, but I am missing having my own group of friends. I need to put myself out there and go to some meetup groups on my own to establish myself here, but for that I need to learn how to drive! Having a car here seems pretty essential.

So we are now joining the May 2015 AOS filers club! We sent ours off on May 18th and they received it on May 19th.

Still have not heard anything or received any notifications yet. Although it is a holiday weekend.

I am a little nervous about this one as I'm not sure if I prepared the packet of documents correctly and we only sent in 2 passport type photos,

I was not aware that we needed to provide 2 photos for each application.

I really hope the AOS goes as smoothly as our K-1 Visa process went.
