Hi hiro,

I dnt have my card yet but my status online is already approved. I didnt receive an RFE. Im sorry my timeline is not updated. I submitted my applications May 22, had my biometrics june 24. Status of EAD changed to approved, July 31. I received my approval letter last week, aug 6.

Until now im still waiting for the card. And checking from time to time if my status online will change to "card already mailed"

Im getting frustrated already because i have a job offer but cant push thru with the process because of the EAD.

No, nothing .... no updates. Did you see my post from after my call Wednesday (post #813) ? Hoping something will shake lose soon.

Yes I did, I was hoping there would already be a change.

I'm sorry but how do they tell us that regular processing times is up to 90days then it's 90-120.

I told this to my husband, he had the same reaction as me.

I don't know how you are holding up while staying so calm. I'm extremely outraged and disapointed, I honestly feel like my files are lying on a desk under a pile of other cases that add up every day.

happy being finally together after our 5 year long drama visa journey :)

It is hard on one income so I am also looking forward when he can work.

Congratulations JoyceShey !!

I hope you will get it soon!! I read it takes around 2weeks for the card to arrive. Hopefully you will have it before mid next week.

Can you already give the employer your EAD # so they can e-verify you and show them the letter that your card is on its way? I don't want you to miss this opportunity, it can be real though finding a job.

Thanks hir0, most of the drama isn't even on my signature, all I can say it was very hard to deal with a 'gone rogue' Co lol.

I hope AOS and ROC go smoother. I am also a naturalized USC (Germany) so I have been dealing with immigration ####### for a life time.

To those who don't have their EAD approval yet, did you all had a RFE for the I-765?

I was wondering if there were others like me, without RFE for that but still waiting on approval reaching Day 90 or more

Hi Ebunoluwa,

do you have any update?

I am at 94 days now and haven't gotten any RFE's

I am relieved to see that it's not only people with RFE that are still waiting, even if it makes no sense to me why June filers already get their answers if not all May filers without RFE don't get theirs :/

Hang on, we're almost there and should be hearing something really soon.

Yea I am still waiting. It be nice to finally work..... Tired of being broke and not having my own place... I don't think it's fair that June filers are already getting theirs approved.. You would think they go by how those applications come in not pick & choose....

I agree, I'm happy that they get their documents so quick, I don't want anyone to go through a stressful immigration process. But I am a bit disappointed to see that there are still May filers waiting. We need to work too.. I hate being low on money all month long. My savings are completely emptied and it's a lot of responsibilities on my husband. I also have bills to pay and I want to work, get a credit card to help me build a credit to be able to have a financial identity in this country..

I agree with you... on my last call with USCIS the agent told me 'you just got to the U.S. and now you are trying to speed things for your documents!' I was like 'yes, just my Employment Authorization for the moment' she giggled... this is just a little bit of the call. I really wish they would understand how much we want to work and sometimes really need to work.

Moving to a new continent is hard, without being able to work for a couple months is ok but after a certain period it's hard.

Some of these 'customer service' reps can be so rude... they hardly show any empathy.

Yes we can definitely do it !

Thanks for the motivation :)

I hope things speed up for EVERYONE soon ♥

I agree, I'm happy that they get their documents so quick, I don't want anyone to go through a stressful immigration process. But I am a bit disappointed to see that there are still May filers waiting. We need to work too.. I hate being low on money all month long. My savings are completely emptied and it's a lot of responsibilities on my husband. I also have bills to pay and I want to work, get a credit card to help me build a credit to be able to have a financial identity in this country..

Sadly I don't have a husband to help. I am having to depend on my Family for a while now.. I don't have savings and I am tired of waiting for this EAD so not fair having June and July filers already getting approved
