Today is Day 90! What a long 90 Days it has been! If I don't hear anything by the morning I will be calling to speak to a tier 2 officer. I hope to soon be able to work!

The 20 minutes conversation with the USCIS representative, who also submitted a service request for me, produced this great news today! to everyone who suggested actions to take, Thank YOU very much, and for those who are still waiting, keep calm, be precise when dealing with the reps and I'm sorry for the long wait but good news will come!

OMG OMG OMG!!!!! So I just called and spoke with tier 2, after a nice discussion...I think I got the best immigration officer in all my calls to USCIS. She told me the same story about the system change bla bla bla. Anyways we chatted and we started laughing, the conversation was real good. She basically TRANSFERED me to her manager!!! YES I CAN NOT BELIEVE IT MYSELF!!!!!!! I ended up speaking with the tier 2 manager and she told me she would check into my case and I swear as soon as I hang up I got this email.

On August 11, 2015, we mailed your new card for Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXXX, to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your card by September 10, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we send your new card to you. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Sept. 21 Interview, 2 hour interview, we were separated and asked about 50 questions each for an hour each. IO was firm but professional, some smiles.
Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.
