Same here I've been checking the mail box and online status everyday lol and after 75days I keep on calling uscis... So patience is really a virtue lol

Not yet. Still waiting to be scheduled. We received RFE (and was able to respond after a month) so its going to take a while for us I guess.

Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Courage Ebunoluwa, I know how stressful it is we're in the same boat (only) day 79 for me since NOA1.

I don't understand why it takes so long.. I mean, I understand that AOS takes some time but EAD.. ?

If I don't have nothing in 10 days I'll call again..

Hi it's my 110days of waiting lol but just today j received an email from USCIS that I'm scheduled for an interview on September 10. It's a mix emotion coz I'm happy if we pass the interview I'll received my green card sooner but if I failed I don't know what to do lol... As of now no update with my AP and EAD.

congrats on your interview notice. Here's to hoping Everyone here gets a notice soon :clock::clock: this wait is seriously driving me nuts hahahaha :girlwerewolf2xn:

AOS timeline

May 18th -- sent concurrent filings(i-485, i-130, and i-765)

May 20th -- USCIS received package

May 23rd -- NOA for biometrics set for June 8th

June 8th -- Did Biometrics had some problems getting in but was resolve

July 10th -- EAD was approved online

July 22nd -- EAD is Recieved

still waiting for Interview schedule for AoS and wating for confirmation of i-130 and i-485

Did you request an inquiry after Day 75?

No, because they just tell you to wait 30 days for the service request. I may just contact my congressman on day 91 instead of making a service

request.

Today thinking that its already the 76th day from the date we filed the aos/ead, i called USCIS to follow up the status of my case since I never received any update on my status online...only to be informed that im just on my 73rd day (maybe i miscalculated the time/days LOL)

anyway i was told to call after 76th day if i dont see any update and try to follow up...but to my surprise just 2 hours after i called my status online says "New Card Is Being Produced"...i guess they just dont update the online status unless we call and follow up on our case...im just so happy right now and i hope i get the card soon ☺☺☺

Oh great! Just what I needed! I'm tired of waiting, I feel like a lion in a cage... I am one of those people who don't feel accomplished without a job, unfortunately. Tired of being financially dependent on my husband, unable to contribute.

I know how you feel. The employer gave me 2 weeks to get my documents before I lose the offer and one week as passed and I feel like tearing my hair out :clock: . The wait is killing me! I might be checked into a hospital soon because I am going crazy lol.

Our congressman helped us a lot during the K1 visa (5months at TSC, probably would have been twice as long without his 'interest' in our case), I hope it will help too.

If I don't mistake they consider the date they filed it in the computer, not the day you sent it. I sent it on 05/18 but count from 05/20 on. This could explain it :)
