Hi! May I ask if signature was required when they delivered your EAD/AP in the mail?

I got mine in the mailbox so from my experience no need to sign anything to recieve it.

AOS timeline

May 18th -- sent concurrent filings(i-485, i-130, and i-765)

May 20th -- USCIS received package

May 23rd -- NOA for biometrics set for June 8th

June 8th -- Did Biometrics had some problems getting in but was resolve

July 10th -- EAD was approved online

July 22nd -- EAD is Recieved

still waiting for Interview schedule for AoS and wating for confirmation of i-130 and i-485

Since so many USCIS mail is "undeliverable" tape a paper or index card under the flap of the mailbox stating :

Residing at this address ______and _____, type your names in bold letters.

Some mail carriers get confused and aren't familiar with the new name even though they are supposed to go by the street address.

Sometimes the "undeliverable" is just a rubbish message and they never delivered anything in the first place.

We had one of the latter during our K1 process and the USCIS agent said disregard it, nothing was send.

They make me crazy.

Sept. 21 Interview, 2 hour interview, we were separated and asked about 50 questions each for an hour each. IO was firm but professional, some smiles.
Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

I received the Approval notice in the mail today, still waiting for the update that they mailed the card. I have a job offer, thank God the employer said they will accept the approval letter as evidence that the EAD card is approved. They are giving me two weeks to get the card and SSN. I really hope the card comes this week.

Thanks. The card came in white envelope marked Priorty mail with delivery confirmation on it. We weren't home but it was still delivered. Got official NOA2 on July 27th letter and today August 4th got the EAD card in hand.

Sept. 21 Interview, 2 hour interview, we were separated and asked about 50 questions each for an hour each. IO was firm but professional, some smiles.
Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

I received the Approval notice in the mail today, still waiting for the update that they mailed the card. I have a job offer, thank God the employer said they will accept the approval letter as evidence that the EAD card is approved. They are giving me two weeks to get the card and SSN. I really hope the card comes this week.
