Hi Tim,

What are the things that you brought during your interview?

Joint account, old Pics, lease contract, Marriage certificate, our facebook msgs (141 pages!), our E-Mail s, wedding pics, bank statement. The officer kept all, so prepare copy of your documents. she didn't ask lot of questions just checked ALL the documents we have provided.the whole interview took around 15 mins!!

Hey! Just an update that I got my EAD card on the mail (today August 3rd). I am adjusting from K1. My NOA for the EAD card was dated July 21st and I got it on mail on July 25th.

No notices on email or text.

Waiting to hear back for an interview date! :clock:

Hey! Just an update that I got my EAD card on the mail (today August 3rd). I am adjusting from K1. My NOA for the EAD card was dated July 21st and I got it on mail on July 25th.

Sept. 21 Interview, 2 hour interview, we were separated and asked about 50 questions each for an hour each. IO was firm but professional, some smiles.
Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

No update on approval or card production either ?

No I did not get ANY updates or notices for the card production or the EAD accepted.

The only notices I got on text and email was for when they took our AOS packet. I did have an e-notification form there but they did not use it for the EAD apparently. But, it's fine, got the card, don't care :-) Now the wait for the interview continues!

I talked with a Tier 2 agent this morning (it's my 75th day) they sent in an inquiry regarding my I-765 and told me that I won't hear anything until August 20 regarding my I-765 and nothing until 104 more days (6months) for the I-485.

I don't understand why it takes so long, I, the petitioner and the co-sponsor all have clean records and the co-sponsor makes more than twice the requirement without anyone else on her household. This is a bit annoying, like really ... Not the best way to start a monday morning ^^

We did too and my husband's state ID card doesn't expire until 2020. Still waiting for a sign of life for EAD/AP.
