Hi everybody! I am just curious. Whenever I read other threads and that when people encounter some difficulties, other people would say call USCIS hotline and ask to be connected to a 'Tier 2'. What/who a 'Tier 2' is?

When you call the USCIS number you will get contracted 'phone representatives' that parrot (read)from a scripted piece of paper.

These people have no clue about things and therefore you request to speak with a tier 2 immigration officer who knows a bit more but can

still mislead you because he isn't the one who is personally adjudicating your petition. It is called the 'misinformation line' and take whatever

they tell you with a grain of salt.

Got an update that my EAD is being produced!!

I got an email/text notification from USCIS.

Wow good for u... My NOA 1 was April 27 and as of now still no update.. I called uscis yesterday and they say that the process 3 months

I saw that if the application for EAD has been pending for 75 days we can submit inquiries.. How can we submit it? TIA
