You have to create a username and log into the USCIS website and in the bottom it will show you all your cases and the last time it was updated.

Thank you! I had done that for K1 but completely forgot somehow... AOS, EAD and AP all say last updated July 5th, although there's no change for EAD and AP.

RFE response received June 30, updated status today.

We send RFE packet June 26th.

It says under Next Steps : We will review your response and to our request and mail you our decision.

It also says : Our NBC will begin working on your case again ( I take it as confirmation that they stop during an RFE ).

Just logged in also and saw update for July 5th for EAD and AP. AOS still has original date of case received. At least that means are cases have been touched

I was able to log in with my old username during the I-129 petition and just had to get a new password.

Has anyone received an interview date adjusting from K1 ? I think we have 2 in this thread that have received one but neither are K1's.

K1's don't often get an interview, though it's a toss up, whereas other visa adjusters must have an interview.

I hope I do get an interview date. With an interview waiver it takes much longer to get your green card.

I've seen an update on USCIS's website.

Only the RFE of my I-485, for my EAD and AP nothing has changed since the initial and only update.

Has anyone ever tried checking the case number before yours's updates? I've seen that a 100 numbers before me have gotten their notifications on May 20 and they still don't have any updates.

Checked my status today, as of July 5th my AOS status has been updated saying that I'll be getting an interview date. No changes to EAD and AP. I'm a K-1 visa holder, Ebun.

"As of July 5, 2015, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice."

No changes for us minus the website saying they were all updates 7/5.

I find it weird that there has been a mass update all on July 5

I would prefer a waiver and wait longer, we had a horrific 5 year K1 journey and I don't want to lose more hair with another interview

I know, especially since the 5th was a Sunday! I was surprised to see my AOS status changed but my EAD/AP didn't. Denver field office processing time says it's working on cases from July 2014. I was expecting a long wait.

I saw your info in your signature...dayum. What happened? You guys must be thrilled to be over the worse now you're together in person but it must put a sour taste in your mouth about the whole process!

CO acted on a "gut feeling" she told us and that "our marriage would not be a lasting one blah blah..." without a shred of factual

evidence.

Re filed and next CO was very kind and still asked everything he needed to know, did the stokes over the phone and told us he could see

our love through the photos but had some questions, then approved us.

So yeah, I am not looking forward to another interview. Yes, we are thrilled to be together for sure !

How can one person have a "gut feeling" on the longevity of a relationship?! Jeez!! I'm sorry you went through that, I'm so glad you stuck with it and kept on going despite that huge blow!

Is there anything about your relationship that others might question? Like, did you guys decide to get married very quickly? I can imagine that being something a CO might really focus on in an interview. However you guys have been together for so long now the green card interview might be a piece of cake!
