so even they got my RFE they still need to looked into it and issue EAD?

When they are satisfied with your EAD then they will resume processing it. EAD's are processed at a different center so they may

continue working it, it depends, I have heard of both, EAD processing being on hold and being continued during an RFE.

July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Apparently USCIS start to bring up the May filers cases, I just got new update that my EAD is being produced!

It seems like the affadavit of support is getting everyone trumped up ? I filled it out twice , because it confused me a bit...have my biometrics tomorrow. Hopefully no RFE's!!

I got one because my wife was my co sponsor and my father in law was my sponsor . should have been the other way around. Noe gotta go to Chicago at some point before I send my forms to them again so I have it right :/

Infopass about RFE aren't usually helpful, let us know your experience when you go.

I expected them to not tell me much. We pay the fee and expect us to not ask for help and when we do call them they don't know how to help or anything. I think some are just luckier than others to be honest.

I spoke with a tier 2 IO who told me to just send anything relevant and she can't see what my adjudicating IO wants

because it is confidential. So back to mind reading. RFE says I don't meet the poverty guidelines but heck yes I do and exceed them.

Well I want to book mine mid July because father in law wants to work a bit beforehand. Confidential? You give your alian number and reciept number before you book the infopass app. I'm pretty sure they have to at least see any notes for your case? You have given them authority to look at your case when you give them that info. Just another few months of worry and waiting I guess ...

Nope wasn't happening. You always give all your numbers etc before they will even talk to you but she said no she can't see it, it's

confidential. This is all crazy as bat poop.

If I understand right it, it should take 1-2 months to get the EAD?

There has been no update when I check the case status onlin since NOA1, hoping for no RFE.
