Any help with this guys?
Now the case goes to optimized but have the same error message as follows:

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
  • My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

be patience, we entered to U.S on April 9th, today I check my wife statue, and it says card produced, and mine updated this week, but still the same error and under process. we have two different receipt numbers. give some more time, no need to worry.
