Hi,

Very new to this process. Hoping you all could help with some basic questions. Thanks in advance, and grateful to have people in the same process willing to help and share advice and insight.

1. I am aware that I and my fiancee will each fill out a G-325a form. Will I, as the applicant, sign both copies, or does my fiancee sign his form? It asks for the signature of the applicant so I assume that is me. But I wanted to confirm.

2. In MO I received a certified copy of my birth certificate and was planning to make a copy of the certified copy. I don't believe I can get my original birth certificate. Is this acceptable for the application? I know my certified copy has a raised seal, and I'm not sure how well this will copy.

3. How do I find out where my application(s) will be processed, where I send my application, and how do I find out what consulate my fiancee will go to? Do all applications go to the Dallas lockbox and then are distributed? Can't figure this out :).

4. It's not uncommon for Indians to have positive TB test due to immunizations. Is there anywhere I can go to find out what is an acceptable testing criteria, since TB is one of the tests completed during the medical exam?

I'm sure I'll be back soon with many more questions. Again, VERY grateful for your help!!!

EACH OF YOU WILL SIGN YOUR OWN G-325A.

2. In MO I received a certified copy of my birth certificate and was planning to make a copy of the certified copy. I don't believe I can get my original birth certificate. Is this acceptable for the application? I know my certified copy has a raised seal, and I'm not sure how well this will copy. THAT SHOULD BE GOOD TOGETHER WITH YOUR PASSPORT.

3. How do I find out where my application(s) will be processed, where I send my application, and how do I find out what consulate my fiancee will go to? Do all applications go to the Dallas lockbox and then are distributed? Can't figure this out :). ALL I-129F WILL BE SENT TO DALLAS LOCKBOX AND THEY WILL ROUTE THEM ACCORDINGLY.

4. It's not uncommon for Indians to have positive TB test due to immunizations. Is there anywhere I can go to find out what is an acceptable testing criteria, since TB is one of the tests completed during the medical exam? NOT SURE..IF ANYTHING, THE MEDICAL FACILITY THAT DOES THE SCREENING FOR YOUR PARTICULAR COUNTRY WOULD KNOW.

I'm sure I'll be back soon with many more questions. Again, VERY grateful for your help!!!
