Finally have something to rant about...

I have two cases in the NVC, one for my husband and the other for my stepson. 24 days after scan date, my husband's case was complete. However,my stepson's received a checklist. I was instructed to fill out an I-864W. This form is AOS exemptions for children of a USC. So I spoke to the NVC and cleared up the fact that the child isn't my biological child and he is my step child. Because of their error, the case is now under supervisor review and could take up to 42 days.

There was a moment of heart failure when the CO didn't think I was eligible, because my wife lives in Texas, a state that does NOT recognize same sex marriage. We went back and forth, he was already ready to start lying that she lived in another state or that she was about to move there, and then he found a thing saying what I was telling him, which is that the Supreme Court ruling on DOMA in June 2013 made all marriages, same sex or otherwise, equal in terms of immigration law regardless of state of residence and then his computer crashed for a minute and two minutes later, I was approved!

Well my friend hate to say it but , "I TOLD YOU SO!" Congratulations you have no idea how happy I am for you and I knew all would be well. God bless you be happy and enjoy. Much love and hugs.

OMG, I'm so sorry, but the evil immigration fairy is at it again. I had replie for every one on this threas and it made my post go poof. So sorry I just don't have the mental fortitude to go back but know every single one of you is in my heart and prayers. God willing your interview will go smoothly and Natasha/Noor love you girl your always in my thought and prayers.

I also think my PC died and my STUPID printer doesn't want to work (with my laptop that is,which I hate .

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers! I bet you're are getting anxious for your trip!!! So sorry you're pc "died" ah hem....mine does that too, occasionally....or it will "update" forever. (uploading info into their server...) Yeah...we feel ya...some entity is messing with us all the time, recording our calls, and our skypes! But we accept that's part of the process...what can any of us do?

We are at Lord Embassy's mercy... "Oh dear Lord Embassy, please grant me my husband....we are both innocent...don't you have enough info on us to see this is true??? We are your devoted servants, Amen."

congrulationd ON ️your aproval Frips. MY husbad wAs denied. They Clain he overstyed in one of his visits to US a long ️️time ago and needs to apply for a waiver. They ARE wrong snd Will see If our attorney can help fix things.

6.5 months now in AP and no movement from the embassy. They've stopped responding to my emails completely and they just give my senator's assistant very formulaic responses. I barely feel married any more. This process is life-ruining.
