Insurance coverage huh? Thank The Lord they had it (maybe). I'm sure it will be a simple process and I'm sure they won't lose anything.

Two wrongs don't make a right. The people that killed Mr. Gray are going to trial. As they should. Why do i have to be ok with looting in order to support the victim? One is not an acceptable or inevitable outcome of the other.

They got insurance dude. It ain't cost nothing... The mentality

Because it's 2015! How much peaceful marching and asking for the same rights as everyone else do they have to do? They shouldn't have to march! They shouldn't have to ask for it! It should be given to them as a basic right.

The need for protest will never go away. And I don't think you should legitimize looters by acting like it was an eventuality to "unsuccessful" protesting.

84% of whites are killed by other whites. What is Spooky's point?

Why are you giving me a rose? Because Marv asked me to let him respond and I said yes?

Because I don't want to give Marvin a rose.

Uh, I wasn't giving you a shut up rose. Is that a thing? I was giving you a flower because I don't want you to be mad at me. I'm not giving marv one because I don't give flowers to dudes. Geez, why do people assume the worst in everyone. Please do not equate what I say to what other people say.

I agree about the prison system, but I also believe that a person is basically responsible for their own behavior and actions. I don't usually buy the poor me plea from someone who has been arrested 20+ times.

Once someone goes in once, finding a job becomes much, much more difficult. Once you can't find a job, you're more likely to commit a crime. Once you commit a crime, you're less likely to find a job. Once you can't find a job, you're much more likely to commit a crime.

I do believe a black man is more likely to be sent to prison for a crime he did not commit, than a white man would. But, this does not mean that the crime or murder did not happen. 99.9% of the time they just have the wrong black man. So for every black wrongfully convicted…there is another than got away with it.

Doesn't make it right….but to imply that black did not commit these crimes is misleading. White people are more easily identifiable due mostly to differing hair color and style.

So your defense for saying 'the crime was still committed by a black person' is 'all black people look alike?'

Holy crowbutts, batman, we have a new winner and champion of the racist olympics of CEHST!

There have been several incidents posted here over the past 6 months or so with people being arrested 20 times and never did jail time. I ask again, at what point is a person responsible for their own behavior?

I think I understand the prison thing, but in many of these cases that isn't the issue.

So now you accept the FBI statistics as truth and a few posts back you mocked me for using them? The're only accurate regarding whites and they make them up for blacks?

What's my point? You seem to imply that most blacks are killed by whites, yet statistics show otherwise.
