Yes they did...Monday coming makes two weeks since I had my interview I am freaking out! My status date hasn't change since Wednesday ( may13 2015) I just want it to be over its 2 years since we started this journey.

..what are your views on the situation ? Anyone please? Am I getting work up over nothing?

At the interview they ask me 4 questions

Who was filing for me (hubby)

How long we have been together(8yrs)

Do we have kids(2)

What type of job he does

Then she handed me a pamphlet on domestic violence

Then said that's it I can go home

dwheels76, Dear, I am in your hands! Do you remember wishing me best of luck and speedy process some time around November/December when I first posted here, being all sad and confused as to why our I-130 was transferred to California Service? Your words came true! So keep me tight now and lead me all the way to the interview now :luv:

I am short of breath. 3 N/A's just now :dancing:

My scan date 3/30

Check list 4/23

New scan date 4/27

CC 5/13

P.S. our country is little and the Embassy is not crowded (I hope), so I think my interview in June/July would be realistic?

I am still waiting for blessing from my dear Dwheels76 :luv:

Hi guys,

Dwheels76 & others, Which one do you think i should have for the interview, the regular tax returns or tax transcripts? I already have 2014 tax returns with me. Your fast response is very well appreciated!

ALWAYS provide transcripts if you have them. Transcripts are considered a much higher "standard" than tax returns by NVC and the Embassies/Consulates.

If you do NOT have transcripts have the following:

Copy of the COMPLETE package that was submitted to the IRS (all forms, W-2s, 1099s, etc.)

OR

Copy of your extension, if applicable.

Waiting for my interview to be scheduled at Sydney consulate... There aren't many Aussies on the spreadsheet but from those that are there... Why oh why such a long wait time between cc to interview?! The last Aussie has a 62 day wait! Was hoping to interview late June but I think that's wishful thinking! I stupidly thought the SYD consulate wouldn't be very busy!!!!

Hey there mate,

Yeh I thought Sydney would be quick in comparison to other countries but seems they are a lot slower. I did get my interview date around a week after my cc so that was good but yeh I am most likely the one you are referring to when you say 62 days! Crazy! Most are around 40 in Aus if i recall correctly. I emailed them and tried to get it bought forward but they said I have to wait until 2 weeks before hand and at which time i can check for cancellations. Just crazy as I thought cc was the big final step but it's not over until one has exited the airport in the states. . . .Good luck mate...

And the three letters are the Embassy/consular code....mine is 01 NRB. Its obviously something they put in when the case is received and would guess meaning ready at that particular Embassy/consular.
