Hi parosa congrats on the interview! I'm still waiting for my husband's interview but when was your CC?

Thank you. CC was April 13

I got the date because I called, I have not received any emails yet, they said it should be shortly.

So my advise is to call and be prepared to wait , but is worth it :)

NVC you really jacking up the spreadsheet. Man so many empty slots for interviews. Why you doing this to my peeps. So not cool. Sorry. Ya'll know if I was running NVC you would hve slots done. Heck

DWheels, or anyone else...this was in my p4 letter don't know why. We have nothing to do with Cuba...I'm clueless! Ever seen it before or have any ideas? Code V just says to go to this page & follow instructions which talks all about Cfrp programs & interviews & such.

08-26-2014 Form I-130 submitted

08-28-2014 Received NOA1 for I-130

10-01-2014 Form I-129F (K3 visa) submitted

10-14-2014 Received NOA1 for I-129F

01-30-2015 Received NOA 2 for I-130 (5 months and 3 days after) :D

01-30-2015 Received NOA 2 for I-129F (3 months and 2 weeks after)

02-11-2015 Received USCIS update (email notification) that case was dispatched to NVC

NVC

03-03-2015 Received NVC welcome letter via email with the case no and IIN (31 days from NOA2 date)

03-03-2015 Submitted DS-261

03-03-2015 Paid AOS fee

03-18-2015 AOS payment shown as 'paid' (NVC payment portal have had a problem with payments made hence the delay in processing)

03-24-2015 NVC reviewed the DS-261 (spoke to an agent and she reviewed the form over the phone)

03-26-2015 Paid IV fee

03-31-2015 IV payment shown as 'paid'

03-31-2015 Sent in the AOS & IV packages

04-01-2015 Scan date (NVC letter received)

06-11-2015 Interview at US Consulate in SL - VISA APPROVED! :D

06-30-2015 Collected the passport form the Consulate (passport was due to be collected in a week from interview date but delay in issuing visa due to the system failure in the US Department of State)

We have new Delhi cc April 30. We have not heard anything from New Delhi when they are scheduling the interviews. I am planning on calling nvc tomorrow to see if it's been scheduled . You might want to call also.

Yeah I called them yesterday and they said they havent got anything from New Delhi yet, once they get the date they would inform us the same day. I am going to call them again though, have been noticing people receiving emails 2-3 days after the date is scheduled.

I guess the Case complete to interview spreadsheet is not very updated, can't see any case completes in May and no interviews scheduled in this month too...

If its updated then NVC needs a kick :protest:

I got my interview letter today too, 7 days after interview was scheduled and confirmed by phone. Guess they really are sending interview emails in a batch today!!

Yeah thanks I've been calling everyday the NVC is open. I'm just hoping that interview is scheduled for June. Cc was April 28. If NVC schedules during first week of month I hope I can still get interview and not wait until end of month to receive the update.
