When was the last time you contacted the NVC?

ok thank you NLR . from one month was the last contect .

i'm waiting a court to see what paper i must sent to them .

Then you have a year from that contact. To play it safe, make it a year from the last fee or document you sent them which sounds like 2-3 months ago.

BTW they don't cancel your case, they send the petition back to the USCIS who puts it in to storage. An I-130 never expires unlike a non-immigrant visa would.
