we paid the IV FEE how much time do we have to send the civil document to the NVC ,and the DS_230 and i must pay it again after one year if i late by collecting my paper .and the NVC can cancel my case ?

You do not do a DS-230. The DS-260 replaced it and is done online.

When was the last time you contacted the NVC?

Then you have a year from that contact. To play it safe, make it a year from the last fee or document you sent them which sounds like 2-3 months ago.

BTW they don't cancel your case, they send the petition back to the USCIS who puts it in to storage. An I-130 never expires unlike a non-immigrant visa would.
