You need to keep redialing....Even 10-20 times sometimes. Good luck to us all

Believe me I did more than 25 times. I almost alwayd call from 9:00am to 10:00am or 5:00pm always get thru easily lol. But at this time it is almost imposible. Calling tomorrow afternoon to bother them little bit lol. Yesterday I called in the Morning and thw nice Lady said they had reviewed mu docs. Then called in the afternoon to ask if I had case complete and he said the havent even reviewed my docs. That's crazy lol. He said theu were going to review my docs 30 day after scan date. April 20th

Guys I got thru in less than 5 mins the reviewed all my documents and the guy said they are waiting for me me to submit ds-260 and I said what???? I submited it on April 29th and he said well then u have to give us arond 30-42 days to reviewed ds-260 then. but At leats I have not check list. He said Affidavit and everything is correct. That everything is fine.

They won't tell u if u dont ask. I asked if they have already review my docs. And The guy said YES but we are waiting for ur ds-260 and I told him I had already submitted it. He asked me when and I said April 29th so he told me I have to wait from 30-42 days for they to review ds-260. But I have heard It can be less. I think I'm getting CC by Monday or Friday 15th.

My Scan date is April 20th. Someone asked.

but the following message

The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance.

I am hoping this is just temporary and that I will be able to get log in tomorrow?

Anyone had a similar situation?

Log in tomorrow, it is cuz they just assigned u the number it happened to me the first ours. Tomorrow log in an fill ds-261 msybe u will be sble to psy AOS fee $120 tomorrow too. Good Luck!!
