@Rachel23 We have the Same scan date as well. So far we are mid way that "30 Days" Let's hope we don't get any Push Back ?

Oh Nice I will let you know if have any news. I have seen many people getting case completed 21 to 22 days. Next Tuesday will be our 22/30 so happy. hope I get good news soon.

Question: My mom I130 was approved, the NOA2 with notice date of April 02,2015. my mom got the letter April 12, 2015.

I just check the status of the I130 at the USCIS website yesterday and it say that My mom case was sent to NVC last April 14, 2015.

I would like to know when is the appropriate date to call and ask for the Case no. and IIN?

Or I need to wait for them to tell my mom that they received the case and start counting days for my case no. and iin?

Wow congrats you got CC in 10 days thats awesome.

My scan date is April 20th 2015, I am in hold with NVC right now hope to have good luck i submitted ds-20 april 29th.

Call NVC and ask if they already have ur mom´s file. I got noa2 on MARCH 24th and USCIS sent my case to NVC ob April 2nd, NVC received it on April 7th and on April 13th I called and asked for my case and IIN No. and sasssss The girl said yes we already assigned u case and IIN number today and She told me to Write them down.

Good luck I think u should start calling or ur mom.

Just got off the phone with NVC - they're saying it's currently taking 35 days for them to receive cases and to call back 35 days after the NOA2 date. My NOA2 date is April 27th, should I keep calling before the 35 days is up, or is that a pretty accurate number?

They Approved my case 4/17/15 , I have not heard anything from nvc till now , I called them 2 times one time they said we received your package 04/27 and it takes 45 days to assign case number , Today I called them again and they Said we received your case 4/30 ?????????? And it takes 30 days to assign case number I dont know why they say different date for receiving my case ,

my I-130 Approved 10 days before you , Hope we all get out case number soon

Simon, I called every night once 1 week had passed since they had received it at the NVC. It took 18 days to get there from Texas and only a week to get a case number but I called every night till they caved.

Mine is just 3 days after you guys Called them today and they said the same thing it takes 42 days to assign Case #

Yes, You are right.....We are the closing stages of the process, waiting for our cases to be CC (Case Complete}
