I had my ds261 reviewed April 14th, and my documents have already been reviewed as well I've been waiting for this stupid fee that's it so I mailed it in and they'll get it tomorrow . Ugh stupid computers these days .

Did you get an ok on your documents already? No checklist?

It is frustrating, they have these kinda problems for years and years now.

Wauw, that's cool. So advise to everyone, don't wait with sending in your package. They will process it.

How do you know your IV and AOS package were reviewed? Are you assuming they were or you got an official e-mail? If official, what was your scan date so we can have an estimate of how long it's taking them?

because I've gotten a checklist for the fee only, I call every day to be annoying documents were good to go a long time ago and I'm ep so using my scan date won't help you sorry lol . But it was April 2nd got reviewed the 5th of May .

I have my case number from the NVC, but when i sign in to choose an agent ds261 it says that the case number you entered is not available for further review at this time. Has anyone else had a similar issue? When I skip to part 2 to pay and enter my case number it shows my name. So I don't know why that is viewable but I can't complete the ds261. It has been a few weeks. At first I got the error others have gotten that the number I entered doesn't match their records, but after calling the NVC I get this newer message.

When you call them everyday, do they say anything about using a particular browser or browser version? at one point I'm just starting to question everything ?

Do we need to send any employment documents and academic documents? Sorry for this silly question, I ve gone through the DS-260 samples. In that they were asking all this info right, so do they ask proof for this? I completed DS-261, how long will it takes to get the fee?

yes actually one time last week a lady asked what browser I used I told her I've tried on my phone, Internet explorer, google chrome, Firefox I told her nothing works it's all the same . Still shows 0.00 for the fee . I mean I keep calling I'm pregnant and stay at home now so not like I have anything better to do but annoy them lol .

Thats good news for you. Not the minimum 60 days they stated in our confirmation later after they recieved our paperwork.

If you dont mind me asking, what exactly is the scan date. I see it all the time here on VJ but still haven;t found out what it is. The day NVC received the package from USCIS?

ur scandate is the date nvc scanned ur documents (aos, IV) u will recieve a mail stating the date
