yeah same here got invoiced the same day as you as well . I sent my check in today I'm done playing this game with them .

I hold off on check. Since there is no point since DS-260 and DS-261 has to be filled online anyways.

I however typed entire DS260 (Questions in short form) in a text file. Which was about 460 lines for me. I sent them just now. Let's see if they actually consider accepting by Wednesday. If they do, then I will mail the fee. Otherwise there is no point in sending the fee alone anyways.

Really? Did you type all of DS-260? It must be about 60 pages. I also cannot fill in DS-260.

it will actually unlock it after it shows paid the issue more so is with getting the fee paid I made sure that if I paid by mail it will unlock after wards and they said yes I've waited almost two months to pay the iv fee so I wasn't waiting anymore for the system .

I think you are right, the issue might be with the payment system, both the forms can be filled only after payment. I hope i may get a check receipt today.

with the system being down for two weeks and no hope in site id probably mail it in lol .

You should mail it in. We are in the same situation. IV fee still says N/A on the website after DS261 choice of agent has been approved on may 7.

We sent a money order on may 8 to pay IV bill, because we got the bill per email, due to the problems on NVC website. We received an email on may19 that they received the payment.

Still waiting on ds260 to become available. You should also send in your AOS and IV package already. Usually they wait till they have all the paperwork and online forms complete before they start reviewing your case but due to all the website problems they will starts reviewing the documents you send in. So when ds260 comes available, they at least have already reviewed the rest.

Anyone that was able to pay the IV (even by check), was able to fill the DS-260 lately?

We paid by mail and got a receipt dated May 15. As of today, the DS-260 is still not online, neither the IV fee shows as "paid".

Hi Toozler,

Yep, exactly the same situation here. Paid IV per mail on may 8. Got a confirmation on May19 that they recieved our cheque. Still not showing as paid on the website and still not able to click on IV application ds 260.

We called the NVC. They said there is no other option to file ds260 other than the online link. They are still working to fix it. Send in your AOS and IV package already though, they will start reviewing that already for you, so when ds260 comes available, that will be the only thing you need to do.

Frustrating huh!

I had my ds261 reviewed April 14th, and my documents have already been reviewed as well I've been waiting for this stupid fee that's it so I mailed it in and they'll get it tomorrow . Ugh stupid computers these days .

I will send cashier check on Tuesady. Did anyone fill in DS-260 after paying IV fee by mail?

Good question, I would like to know that. So far only the online payers seem to be able to acces ds260. IF you're able to pay online.
