Yeaaaa ceac website Just worked for me! Filled DS261! (we mailed the check for the AOS fee, so I'll call them on monday and see what should I do)

Day 13/30 of our review time today. SD May 8th. Is it wishful thinking that I log onto CEAC at least five times a day to check for the magical three N/As? Starting to feel like a stalker! :D

2012/04/22: Introduced by a mutual friend in SA
2012/05/10: Officially in love! (L) (L) (L):wub:
2014/03/17: Married (happiest day of our lives)
2014/03/26: He leaves for US; I stay here and begin gathering documents :(
2014/06/30: Finally able to file I-130 (Nebraska)
2015/01/21: NOA2 (6 months and 19 days)
2015/02/24: Pay both AOS and IV fees
2015/05/05: Submit AOS packet
2015/05/05: Submit IV packet
2015/05/08: Scan date :dance:

2015/06/16: Case placed under 'supervisor review' :ranting:

2015/07/01: CASE COMPLETE!! (54 days since scan date) :goofy::dancing: :joy: :rofl:

2015/07/09: Received case complete confirmation email from NVC

2015/07/14: Received interview date via telephone from NVC

2015/07/15: Received P4 email

2015/08/20: INTERVIEW!!!!

2015/08/20: DENIED 😢  - Instructed to file I-601

Process abandoned because we couldn't be apart any longer, plus $5,000 fee for I-601 - nope

Although having issues with ceac website, couldn't log in/choose agent

Hope they fix soon!

2015/3/25: NOA1 Sent by email, case routed to the USCIS California Service Center (hardcopy 2015/6/4)

2015/4/21: NOA2 (email; got hardcopy in 2015/5/6)

NVC:

2015/5/21: Got NVC case # and IIN

2015/5/29: Filled DS261 online

2015/6/1: Payed AOS fee online

2015/6/5: Sent AOS and IV packages

2015/6/8: DS261 reviewed over the phone

2015/6/8: Scan Date

2015/7/5: Payed IV fee online

2015/7/8: Filled DS260

2015/7/23: Checklist!!

2015/7/25: Checklist Scan Date

2015/8/18: NVC CC

2015/9/11: Interview Scheduled for October 8th (no letter yet, just called NVC!)

I'm not sure when they received (how do I find it out?), I just know they assigned a number on May 15th

Hello guys we got our case # 6 days ago , but we have not been able to log in since that day :( I called them and they said you can wait or you can mail the IV and AOS fees . so my question is how should I send them the checks? pay to the order of who ? and where should I write our case number on the checks

Question:

My mom received her AOS invoice (letter with invoice date 05/01/2015) she completed the DS261 online but cant paid due to system trouble they having.

My mom wants to pay the AOS via Mail, I wonder if we can send the IV fees too?, along with the AOS (separate money order)?

Or my mom needs to wait to for the IV invoice?

Then maybe when the DS260 available to fill out online my mom can proceed to fill that out.

Please help and THANKS!!

Mrsbrook, the email we received from NVC with our scan date said it will take 30 days to review our documents.

So it is 2/30 for us. This is to a speedy CC.

called nvc just now, 40 minutes on hold. turns out today is day 29 for us, but she thinks it should be done by nxt week tuesday. didnt catch the reps name, but she was very nice and for the first time i spoke to somebody who didnt sound annoyed ! :wow:

calling nxt tuesday for CC!! :dancing:
