ogbeifun, long time...we all were at the USCIS site for our I-130 petition. I thought you already done with this NVC thing. Let's pray that we all complete this stressful journey. I had checklist twice. The scan date for my 2nd checklist was 04/24. Hope to see the magical 3 N/As by tomorrow

Where is the spreadsheet at?

Ray of Sunshine.... go back to the very first post in the thread. Saylin keeps a spreadsheet of data that is an absolute GOLD MINE! I'm a bit of a data nut, so I used this often to track averages and such to have an idea of what to expect and when..... for people to get CC's in less than 2 weeks is kind of rare and often the result of an expedite... but the good news is that NVC has really picked up the pace!! When I submitted my documents in March, my letter quoted 60 days but others were going 75-90 days (due to some glitch in the EP system).... no in May, people appear to be getting their CC's a lot faster (seeing 24-30 days a lot!)

Above all else, the best thing that is going to get you through this whole thing is patience and a really thick skin! NVC is a tough place, but the rewards are worth it!!

Best wishes!!

Thank you ChristinaG I been at NVC since February some documents couldn't obtain right away and other times my lawyer was just slacking off to send them. Through all that I was very patient but now I'm just worried bc of my little one. I can send him ahead of time if school starts since he is a duel citizen but I just want to be there with him when he starts grade one. It's though but you are right there is nothing we can do but to be patient and hope all this will be over soon.
