They put my case under supervisor review, cuz first they said my documents were reviewed then since some days ago they are telling me my documents are still pending for reviewed. Told me ds-260 still does not show available and he went tonthe website and saw it was already COMPLETED so he sent my case under supervisor review and it takes two weeks or less. So waiting guess I will have to continue waiting for case complete :,( he said interview assignment will start at the beginning of June. OMG

Told me ds-260 still does not show available and he went tonthe website and saw it was already COMPLETED so he sent my case under supervisor review and it takes two weeks or less. They told you that supervisor review takes less than two weeks? They told me to wait at least 45 days. NVC case specialist don't seem to know what they are talking about. I'm hoping their policy has changed. Hoping for my CC in less than 2 weeks..

March 8, 2015 I-130 Case Approved - email notification

April 6, 2015 Case # Assigned (On the phone close to 2 hours)

April 6, 2015 DS-261 Completed

April 7, 2015 Paid AOS Fee

April 7, 2015 Sent in AOS and IV Package

April 8, 2015 USPS Delivered AOS/IV Package / Scanned Date

April 9, 2015 AOS Fee status showed "PAID"

April 11, 2015 Received NVC Welcome Letter

April 20, 2015 DS-261 Reviewed over the phone

April 21, 2015 IV Invoiced and Paid (Processing)

April 22, 2015 Checklist Emailed for IV Fee @ 5:30PM ; IV Showed Paid & DS-260 Submitted

May 20, 2015 Case Completed (3 N/As)

Sept 10, 2015 Interview Scheduled

Oct 20, 2015 Interview (Administrative Revew)

Nov 19, 2015 Visa Aprroved

Yes he said it takes 2 weeks or less. Maybe because my situattion is not a big dear is just review my documents cuz they are almost out of review processing time. On Wednesday it will be 30/30. And Also cuz first they reviewed it and everything was fine and now it does not show like they were review but all documents appear in their system as perfect. He said he could see that everything was perfect that there was not missing anything so he was going to put it under supervisor review. The rep was named Gio. Lol I have talked to him twice and last week he told me to call this week if my case wasnt complete by monday this week.

Hope ur review takes less than two week and mine too. Good Luck

I'm just wishing we could pay the IV fee and fill out the ds-260. They have had our AOS and IV packets for almost 2 weeks already. Please fix your system NVC!! :protest:

What I don't get is that the message on the ceac website states that "some users are experiencing technical difficulties".... Now if it's problems with the system wouldn't ALL users be experiencing tech difficulties. I'm just wondering. How it can work for some and not for others. (shrugs)

I don't wanna think about the backlog we might experiance once the portal is open :(

You should call, I start calling 10 days after my packages were received I am on my day 26/300 and has not case completed yet. Calling helps sometimes

Yes You are right, call helps...I call every other day and will call them on Monday. I will be 24/30 on Monday. I need CC badly now. And I pray and hope so for all

On monday I will be 28/30. Hope we get CC soon. Calling Monday Morning and if have not news calling back on tuesday Morning. I will keep on calling until I get My CC.

Hey all,

Well our 30 days will be on Friday 22nd, so hopefully this week!

When we have called we normally are on hold 1 hour absolute minimum!!!

Is there a spreadsheet with time frames from CC until visa interview date being scheduled???

Its great to know other people are going through the exact same process.... Hope you all are doing well

13/11/14 - Payment for NVC
