based on the current trend, you are looking at about 15 business days at least from the approval date

When was your case send to NVC ( Department of State)?

Here is were we are

NOA2 04/06

sent to NVC 04/17

received by NVC 04/24

case assigned 05/06

and check out this spreadsheet, it hasn't been update for awhile but this might give you a good picture

:secret: I spent a few hours last week updating it ;)

Just confirmed with NVC it was a False CL. The nice rep named something like GIO jejeje told me my DS-260 showed as CCOMPLETED not to worry about that checklist. And he said he was going to put a note on my case and if it is not completed by next week to call them back.

Rachel23 I have been following your timeline. Our scan dates are similiar. mine it's april 24th. Gonna start calling NVC next week to inquiry about my case. Hopefully no checklist for me. I'm glad yours was a false checklist. Keep us posted please!

Help please :(

We got the case# and IIN last night, and have not been able to log in

I just tried now and the message I got was :

Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error.

Anyone had a similar situation?

Thank you guys!

Hi everybody,

I have been following this forum for a little while now and thought it was about time to add something. My Husband and myself have been going through this whole 'Visa Journey' business since March 2014, we scanned all of our documents February this year, but got a checklist around 45 days later, as our immigration lawyer didn't send in original signatures in, so we got the checklist requiring;

* Original Signatures

* New tax returns (Due to the time frame the checklist was given)

Quite frustrating as it was a detail an immigration lawyer should have picked up on. Any who we have sent everything in and have a new National Visa Center Notification dated 22nd April 2015.

I am unsure of the next process, what any advice? This whole process is quite stressful, but it is good to see others are going through all of this.

Love to hear back from you guys, and also excited this is my very first post :)

@1stLoveRedo: Called this morning and the rep said that a supervisor was notified but she specifically said that it WON'T be fixed today ??? such a sad sad fate. Our error states that 'the case number and IIN doesn't match their record blah blah' it seems like yours says differently. Oh well. Let's pray that we can get in before the days ends. Fingers crossed*
