I called this morning and asked if our case has been reviewed; the representative said that it has not. I confirmed if the DS 260 was listed as completed thankfully it was.

Just confirmed with NVC it was a False CL. The nice rep named something like GIO jejeje told me my DS-260 showed as CCOMPLETED not to worry about that checklist. And he said he was going to put a note on my case and if it is not completed by next week to call them back.

based on the current trend, you are looking at about 15 business days at least from the approval date

When was your case send to NVC ( Department of State)?

I just got CL 28/30 ????

They are asking for the 2014 tax return..

I did send the 2014 tax return plus a job letter, i dodnt know whats wrong with NVC... they probably lost it,what should i do? Will they get my cc if i call them? Or i really have to send the 2014? ??

Guys how can i change my visa category CR1 to IR1???? I have 2 year married just today!! Should i call nvc or just wait for the time of the interview??

i don't think it matters at this point. As long as you reach two years at Port of Entry you will get 10 years GC vs 3 years.

did you check the USCIS site, does it say that the case was sent to the Department of State?

If its any indication, our case was sent to NV on the 10th business day after the approval

So that would be tomorrow

Then give it at least a week

I would start calling NVC on 05/18 on... that's what I did
