Wow! Congrats! I can't imagine how much more frustrated than me you must be, what with a little one on the way. The NVC better watch you - you don't wanna mess with a pissed off momma ;)

Hi, still no case # nvc received date 4/27 so am reading the post to see similar timeline as mine if they got a case #

Our case was received on 04/24, we got the case assigned last night,

I am still unable to access the file online to start the process but ... Hold tight until about Monday-Tuesday, but call anyway before then if you want

Good luck!

Well this was rather odd!!

Hubby (USC) got a phone call about 9 pm-ish last night from "Rosa" at NVC just to confirm that the email was received and to allow 30 days to review..... he told me this and I was all "huh???"

I resent my Certificate of Divorce on Monday after being told on the phone they couldn't find it..... spoke to a Supervisor (Mari - Awesome lady!) on Wednesday who confirmed they had it, but they thought it was the wrong one. After going through it line by line, it is the right one but there is an issue with the seal in the top left corner ((their example form has a red sticker, mine is a stamped raised image)) .....so now it's been escalated further (to get confirmation the one I've sent will be acceptable)

Met in the SCA - DRACO INVICTUS!  08-14-2014 Married in Ann Arbor, MI

Spoiler

USCIS.... DONE  in 150 day from NOA1 to NOA2 (TSC)

NVC... DONE  in 116 days from NOA2 to final CC

Final Steps... DONE in 350 days from NOA1 to POE
POE 08-11-2015 in Detroit, MI
