Hello. We filed my i-751 application on 19 May 2015 at vermont center it is now almost 7 months and no update , is here anyone who filled on May and get approved ? An other question my hubsnd was layoff from work 2 months after we filed now we are both jobless will that affect my application . Thanks

i just checked my status and it say's new card is in productions December 8, 2015

03/26/2013 - I-765 Rejection Notice (signature missing)

03/30/2013 - I-765 sent

04/02/2013 - Received Biometrics letter for AOS - Appointment 04/26/2013

04/16/2013 - I-765 NOA

04/17/2013 - Received Biometrics letter for I-765 - Appointment 05/10/2013

04/26/2013 - Biometrics done in Hagatna, Guam

05/15/2013 - Got letter in the mail we have out interview date!

Hi Everyone, I have just added my information. I have been following visa journey for few months now but never been posting so hopefully I have done everything correctly. I have just received my approval of my I751 which I filed on April 30, 2015 with Vermont Service Center(which is honestly a bit surprising for me since most of filers did not get their approvals yet). Does it worth it to send some extra proofs if file hasnt been opened yet. Its been exactly 7 months and 3 days since i have received the one year extension notice.

We just had our first baby so was thinking about sending birth certificate because it has our names and also address on it.

As we are all not specialists in the processing procedures, the best suggestion would be getting an attorneys advice. However, if I was in your shoe, I would hold on submitting any additional proves as it might cause further delays in processing times. If at this point you did not provide the sufficient evidence to remove the conditions then they will send you RFE anyways, and then you can add information about your baby.
