Hello all. We filed through the California Service center...don't remember the exact date we sent it, but NOA receipt date is 5/26. Getting nervous waiting for the Bio appt letter to show up. Been just past a month now. Though i see no other 5/26 or later people have their Bio letter either. Maybe we will call if it doesn't arrive by monday. Suggestions? Just keep waiting?

Look at the June 2015 filers thread - some CSC people already have their biometrics dates, one already went to their appointment. I would do an Infopass and look into it.

Yes I see,this is very strange and scary .I don't understand ,I filed ith CSC but I can still see people that filed before me Didnt get their biometrics appointment yet .My friend filed in April and didn't get her bio appointment yet and when she called they just sent email letting her know they will put her name in some system ...but this is very crazy

I'll call them tommorrow because I'm really worried

Yeah, i don't get it because the May filers past 5/20 date still haven't received their bios either. Either way, if it doesn't come today, should we try calling the uscus 1-800 number first, or just schedule an infopass immediately?

For those of you (like me) who've yet to receive their Biometrics letter...

I spoke to an Immigration Officer this afternoon. She explained that many things (in fact, an entire plethora of things) dictate the speed in which you receive this:

1) Your eligibility date to become a U.S. citizen

2) Your filing status - for example, if you are filing with a waiver you are pretty much stead-fast guaranteed to be waiting a longer time as your eligibility date for U.S. citizenship is considerably longer

3) The contents of your application. If, for example, it's been flagged for further review prior to being given to an Immigration Officer (checks for completeness, any past issues you had, multiple different addresses and the like)

4) If you ever updated your application - for example, if you changed you address or needed to correct a mistake

5) The department responsible for ensuring your application lands on an IO's desk (aka, the scheduling department) -- they sometimes get overwhelmed and if a lot of higher priority cases come in yours can get left behind

6) Pure luck

Basically, their turnaround time for an appointment is actually 90 days from the date on your NOA1. If you don't receive it after that timeframe, you can schedule an InfoPass appointment and they'll actually investigate. But they won't open a service request for a biometrics appointment before that time.

Be prepared for the eternal waiting game. Be prepared for average news.
