Had my biometrics on Friday. Appointment at 1pm at the Chula Vista ASC, so I had to take an extended lunch break, drive 24 miles down there, arrived at 12.50, was out at 1.35, so it was a little bit of a wait.

Now the waiting begins... Hopefully they'll just send the new card in the mail, without any RFE or interviews...

06-13-2012 - I-129F sent

10-11-2012 - NOA2

01-09-2013 - Interview (approved)

01-18-2013 - Visa received by DHL

We still haven't received ours either. Our NOA date was May 20th. I kind of figured there was a cut off in there somewhere for Memorial Day...then people start taking vacation. That is the best I can figure anyway.

We are in Kansas but near Kansas City, Mo

I haven't gotten mine either. Mine is from May 16th, I'm very impatient

I would guess Memorial Day got in the way... I'm sorry you are having to wait.

Is anybody else still waiting on biometrics appointment letter from csc. I have been waiting for a month now

I'd infopass it soon. Everyone has got their biometrics appointment just over a month after their NOA, with their letter coming about 2 weeks prior to that.

There's a couple people I saw who filed March or April that had never gotten theirs either until they complained. It was claimed their biometrics office was full (but then May filers were still getting and going to their appointments).

We have not received anything either - filed May 19, NOA date May 22 (received on the 26th), no bio appointment either...I wouldn't know where to call though, because I've been assigned to a different office than I should before for biometrics (for a re-entry permit). My field office should be Yakima, WA; but I've been assigned to Spokane, WA for biometrics before. Who do you suggest calling, USCIS or directly to the local office?

I received my NOA1 on June 12th.

The receipt date is 06/02/2015.

But They misspelled my first name. They missed last character of my first name. I called customer care and informed them. They said that they will send the corrected NOA1.

I received my NOA1 on June 12th.

The receipt date is 06/02/2015.

That happened to me too. But with my lastname. I called over 10 times, they "corrected" the errors (lastname and wrong zipcode), got a letter apologizing and then I got the "amended" notice. But guess what, same misspell again! I will have to call again... very inconvenient. It's a miracle I got the notices.

AOS for parent Journey 

 

04/12/2021 → Filed I-130 online for parent (easier and didn't have AOS docs ready)

04/13/2021 → I-130 NOA1 available online

04/19/2021 → I-130 NOA1 Mail 

05/03/2021 → Sent through Fedex I-485 (with I-840 and sealed I-693 and I-130 NOA1 copy) I-765 I-131

05/06/2021 → Delivered to USCIS with signature confirmation.

05/25/2021 → Fingerprint Fee Was Received
05/26/2021 → Got text messages for I-485, I-765 and I-131 with receipt numbers.

05/27/2021 → Check cashed.

06/02/2021 → 3 NOAs for I-485, I-765 and I-131 arrived in the mail.

06/30/2021 → I485 online status update "Request for Initial Evidence"

07/06/2021 → RFIE letter arrived in the mail (I864 with 2020 tax return and w2s, 1090s)

07/23/2021 → Sent RFIE response through Fedex.

07/27/2021 → RFIE Response Delivered to USCIS with signature confirmation.

07/28/2021 → Status update RFIE response received. Working on case again. 

08/30/2021→Biometrics notice (no online case status update)

09/07/2021→ Biometrics letter arrived in the mail

09/22/2021 → Biometrics appointment completed. Online status updated 3 hours later to "Fingerprints Were Taken".

09/23/2021 → I-485 Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.

10/22/2021 → I-130 - Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS

11/30/2021 → I-765 - Case approved.

12/01/2021 → I-131 - Case approved.

12/08/2021 → I-765 - Combo Card delivered.

01/03/2022 → SS Card delivered! (From Combo card application)

01/03/2022 → SS Card delivered! (From Combo card application)

03/02/2022 → Interview scheduled. Notice coming in the mail soon.

03/17/2022 → I-130 Approved! Noa in the mail two days later.

03/31/2022 → Interview day and I-485 Card produced by the time we were leaving.
04/01/2022 → Case approved

04/04/2022 → NOA Case Approved arrived in the mail.
04/07/2022 → Parent's Green card in hand!
