I would definitely call to see what is going on... :oops:

Normally you would hear something within 10 business days...How did you pay? Did you send a check? Have they cashed it in yet?

Yeah we sent a check and they cashed it like 3 weeks ago, so we've been waiting and waiting and waiting lol and we called and thy told us to wait another week. oh well maybe the letter got lost somewhere. So my husband sent a request for duplicate hopefully we will get that on time!

hey guys just wanted to give you guys a little update !

i finally went in for my scheduled biometrics on 06/16 in and out with in 20 mins. very easy and fast process. I tried to get my passport stamped because i will be traveling in august & by that time my GC will have expired already. They sed there was no need that i could just travel with my expired GC, passport and letter stating i had 1 whole year of legal status while my case is pending..... I'm the kind of person that when i want something i have to get it haha. so i made a infopass and went in this morning! they stamped my passport on the spot!! and gave me 1 whole year more of "legal status" while I'm waiting to get my permanentt green card. the stamp is valid from today until 06/17/16. so if any of you guys are planing on traveling i recommend you guys go and get the stamp just so you can have more proof , and they won't hassle you so much at the airport!

We are going to be traveling a few times once my GC has expired (Canada and Mexico), have you read online that people have been hassled with the expired GC and NOA1? I didn't think it would be a huge issue.

if my husband's conditional residency expires July 27 2015

my window to file I-751 would be between April 27-June 27? or do I include the month of July as part of the 90 days window?

It is June 18 today and I plan to file it all tomorrow no later than Monday.

Please advice

According to the calculator (link below) your window opened or started on 04/28/15, So it should be 90 days before 07/27/15! I would go ahead and file now if you can! Good luck to you :)
