Hey guys!

First of all, sorry if this isn't the right spot for this lol, I have a tendency to post in the wrong boards

but my fiance and I are starting to get all of our paperwork together for Packet 3, but we're a little confused on some things.

First of all, we're both a little unsure of what "proof of domicile" would be. Any clarification on that would be greatly appreciated lol

Also, I noticed that he has to send another letter of intent to marry signed 30 days within the interview date, but with the Montreal consulate we're not able to choose our interview date until the consulate receives Packet 3...so how is he supposed to sign the letter?

I had my fiancé sign the letter of intent when I last saw him and then dated later when I booked my interview.

Proof of domicile could be a driver license with his current address on it.

Thanks for clarifying what proof of domicile was! Now can he just use a copy of his drivers licence? Would that be sufficient?

Also, the part that is confusing me about the letter of intent being dated 30 days within the interview date, is how am I supposed to date it and send it along with Packet 3 if I don't know when my interview is since I'm not allowed to book until I send packet 3?.....

You do not need to send it WITH packet 3.. You send the checklist saying you will have it for the interview. That's when you need to bring it the signed letter of intent!
