Anyone experiencing issues when trying to pay fees on the ceac website?

my fee has been invoiced but when i click to pay fees an error message comes up.

Married : 2014-08-29 in Detroit MI :)

I-130 Sent : 2014-10-04

I-130 NOA1 : 2014-10-10 Texas Service Center

I-130 Approved : 2015-03-10

NVC Received : 2015-03-25

Received DS-261 / AOS Bill : 2015-04-06

Pay AOS Bill : 2015-04-06

Submit DS-261 : 2015-04-06

Send AOS/IV Package : 2015-04-20

NVC Received AOS/IV Package : 2015-04-24

DS-261 Review : 2015-04-24 Over the phone :thumbs:

Receive IV Bill : 2015-04-29

Pay IV Bill : 2015-04-29

Submit DS-260 : 2015-05-01

When were you invoiced?

Invoiced email recieved on Monday, the payment does not say $0 any more it says $325 and I can click the check box but when I click the payment link the website comes up with an error.

There's another thread on the main page where a user has posted a similar experience - I think the website itself must be down. It would be worth calling them to see what the situation is.

There's another thread on the main page where a user has posted a similar experience - I think the website itself must be down. It would be worth calling them to see what the situation is.

Yeah I called them this morning but the guy Spoke to was pretty useless, he mentioned he couldn't see my case as the system was down. But he said it shouldn't affect the payment portal. Just wondered if anyone else has tried to pay today.

I called them again and the system was down but came back online last night and my wife payed it ?
