I am confused what to answer in Part 6. Sponsors Income and Employment

Question number 5. My Current individual annual income is: ___________

Should I put my husband's year to date income which means his income from January 2015 to april 2015 income? or should we include the expected income for the rest of the year 2015?

Estimated income for 2015 along with employer letter.

You put annual income, not just what has been received so far. How much you make an hour, multiplied by hours worked per week, then multiplied by 52 weeks = current annual income. Use letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs to prove income amount.

Annual income is for entire 2015.

If he's salaried employee, then he should know this.

If he's hourly employee, then he needs to multiply it to expected total work hours

for the remainder of the year.

Yes, also I was asking what evidence to submit to verify self employed income other than transcripts with all relevant schedules attached.

I have a professional license and will add that, perhaps bank statements and a bank letter showing deposits but don't think it's needed,

just want to make sure to avoid a RFE.

For self-employed, they tend to use line 22 of your most recent 1040. If you know you are currently earning more than you did in 2014, then try including project contracts, current bank statements showing the income amounts that are being deposited, quarterly statements, etc. They will really want to see the income shown on the latest tax return though. You can always just list what is on line 22 of your 2014 taxes and use your IRS transcripts only. Many self-employed do that.
