Just received an email from my spouse's agency telling me that Fairfax is ready for my interview and it's up to me to choose a date and they gave me several dates (some in july, August and some in Septembre).

God is good.

My field service center is Dallas. The case status online still shows "Case was Received" with date May 29th. It has not been updated at all. (While i got my FP letter and walk in FP done already). Is this normal that the status online is stale while the case is actually progressing?

I think you should try to do a walk-in the earliest day possible and explain the situation. They could accommodate you. No harm in trying.

You don't have to reschedule. Just go to the field office with the notice and you can get it done. I missed mine by over a week and walked in with no problems.
