So does that mean that if you get supervisor review, it's 42 days from your scan date or its 42 days from when they put it for supervisor review? It doesn't seem fair if you wait over 30 days and then because it's past the promised timeframe, they put it to supervisor review and add another 42 days...

I just got off with the NVC,scan date May 18th,Rep says it should be completed anytime from now.says I should call back next week Thursday.is she trying to be kind?

Hello everyoneeee! Any CC lately? My checklist SD is may 29th so we just have one more week. I called on tuesday and lady sd my documents were being reviewed that they are taking 30 days but it could take a little bit longer for the high volume of mail they are receiving. Jeez!

My SD is the same as yours. So I will start bombarding them with calls from Monday...DAILY, until they say something positive....Let's Pray

, I think there has been 3/4 cc this week. And I don't think it's really takes 42 days for a supervisor's review, I'm thinking it's how u continue to bother them with phone calls and nd prayers, because our checklist was also put on supervisor's review on June 2 after SD April 28 2015, and we got our cc on Wednesday June 10, which is 8 days. May God help us through this horrible journey with nvc process all because we want to live together as a family with our spouses and start a happy life.

Sd april 30 still nothing

no, lot's of people (includin me) haven't been reviewed, they are experiencing delays now

I feel your pain, SD 28th of April, and I am also on supervisor review since June 2

Hi guys. My SD is 21 April, entered into supervisor review on May 27, still nothing. The lady I spoke to this morning remembered me calling earlier in the week and sent in a second request to have my files reviewed. I asked her if it reset the 42 days and she told me no. Maybe you guys can ask if they can flag it again for review? I don't know if it escalates the situation anymore, but it made me feel better.

Our scan date is also May 18th. I've heard from a couple of other people on VJ with the same scan date who also hadn't heard anything, when they called NVC, they were told they had checklists and to wait for the information. So now I'm freaking out that just because we didn't hear within the 30 day timeframe, it means we're getting a checklist too....

Joechima, I think in your case, if you had gotten a checklist, they would have told you on the phone. I really really hate the NVC stage, it's definitely the worst part of the visa journey so far because so many people seem to be getting checklists... I'm calling Monday, which will be day 35.

And she said "put up for interview"? That really sounds like you have a case complete, they just haven't closed the file yet.

Fingers crossed and lots of praying that we all hear about our cases very soon.
