my cc 10th june ... i also didn't received cc confirm email but don't worry.... cc is more important than email notification

hello. nvc always busy happened with me too.... but if u try calling NVC from your other number then u are able to connect nvc easily ....

hi nyala62 God willing u will get cc soon. Are they still scheduling interview, because I thought it was the first and second week of each month. Did u see anything on the timeline. Thanks

oh ok, from my experience with them it should take 3-4 weeks from schedule date to interview date after cc, But not u know they always changing process rules, so I'm praying that we get our interview date soon like u said.

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview.

Still waiting for a CC. I turned in my DS260 form May 4th . Wondering if i should contact a congressman or senator...

I submitted mine on May4th too. The IV and AOS packages were reviewed already with no problems back in April, so just waiting on DS-260 now. Still no CC.

FYI, this whole time I was thinking they said 30 days wait to review this but I went back and reviewed the email response I got on May 4th, and it says "up to 30 business days". Today is 32nd business day, so their review is not as late as I thought when counting calendar days. Also " up to 30" is encouraging... one of the NVC phone reps said it would take at least 30.... and supervisor review could take 42... On June 5th, a supervisor told me they were reviewing May 5th's submissions and sholud be done within a week... these people are either clueless or total liers, it's a different story every time you call. Today I spoke to a supervisor and she said it's 30 days, not 30 business days.

I just saw on another forum where someone got their case complete over the phone for May 1st SD... so I hope ours is not too far behind.
