I check ups tracking Mail my mail for the checklist got there june 8 at 11 45 am I just hung up the phone he said the opened my mail today I guess my scan date for the cl june 10 here we go again

To give us an idea of what dates they are working on so we know what to expect.. And it has helped alot of people including me i saw that everybody with my scan dated got reviewed and people with scan

Amen ooooo thank u nyala62, I was wondering where u are waiting for ur comments, because u ask me to keep calling them, which I did since this morning and finally I got through at 6:15pm waited for 45 minutes before a guy came on the line, ask my case# , my hubby name and DOB ask my name and ask how can he help me. I said well we submitted our checklist for my 2014 tax returns and it's been 43 days today so I'm wondering what is going on with our case, and he was like let me check, and he said me'm ur case was completed today and we are waiting for an interview date from Accra, and I asked him again to make sure, did u said our case completed today and he said yes, I started screaming like I'm insane lol,I thank him and check my ceac to make sure and he was right got 3 N/A's ,I call my husband right away poor him asking me why I'm screaming lol.he told me to come down before my blood pressure goes up. God willing u will also get cc soon we haven't finished the battle yet, it's been a long journey but we'll get there by God's grace.

trustG, thank God you are almost there. Yes i know this NVC people, CALL CALL, that is the only solution.. Good I will be expecting updates from you to see how interview schedule goes with you for Accra ....Once again CONGRATS. But keep us too in your prayers

Just spoke to NVC, scan date 28th April, day 43/30... Requested a supervisor review on 2nd of June, still nothing :(( so frustrating, I have just graduated and I can't start looking for jobs in USA yet, just loosing money :((

people who got reviewed under 30 days are sooo lucky!

nelya94 keep calling them, because I face the same situation with them, SD April 28 and request supervisor's review on June 2 I called them every day since last week and finally by God's grace our case was completed yesterday, it's so frustrating the way they are handling the cases, don't give up hope God is able, I pray u get cc today, try and call again in the evening hopefully u get a good news. Good luck.

Jhondhrey I'm so drained I hope they complete our cases soon we got to be patient

I hope too. My contract with my current employer is running out. Hoping to get everything done by September. Good luck.

03-FEB-2015 USCIS sent petition to NVC
26-FEB-2015 Case # and IIN assigned
27-FEB-2015 Completed DS-261
27-FEB-2015 Paid AOS fee
04-MAR-2015 AOS fee Deducted from Bank
16-MAR-2015 Mailed AOS & "Supporting Documents" (IV package)
23-MAR-2015 NVC sent email confirming they received my package
20-APR-2015 NVC sent a choice of agent form checklist?? missing...odd
20-APR-2015 Called NVC rep checked DS-261 form, yay finally!!
23-APR-2015 Received IV invoice through email but cant pay online yet... :cry:
27-APR-2015 Finally Paid IV fee
04-MAY-2015 Submitted DS-260 form
16-JUN-2015 Supervisor Review (they are so inadequate ..grrr)
13-JUL-2015 Case Complete with Supervisor on the phone
20-JUL-2015 Received Official Case Complete letter...waiting for interview :dancing:
23-SEPT-2015 Interview!! - They asked for a joint sponsor - received hated 221g form (at least it wasn't a "NO")
25-NOV-2015 Finally sent the documents required with 221g form...
30-NOV-2015 They updated my case file on CEAC but still reads "Admin Processing"..(crossing fingers)

14-DEC-2015 They "touched" and update my case file at the embassy, still under AP

28-DEC-2015 They touched my file again...still under AP

29-DEC-2015 !!!! VISA ISSUED - According to CEAC site...yay!! (now waiting to see when we can pick up)

Hey guys I woke up this morning and checked ceac for baby's case.

Wow saw the magical 3 n/A's :) :) :)

Hubby will call them in the morning to confirm it hehe.
