Motamimi123 try and call them tomorrow God willing because I'm not used to their email system so I'm not sure when they answer emails, I always mailed my documents and track it so as soon as it's delivered then I call to get a confirmation from them. I'm sorry I couldn't get a genuine answer for u

To give us an idea of what dates they are working on so we know what to expect.. And it has helped alot of people including me i saw that everybody with my scan dated got reviewed and people with scan

Scan date May 1 or May 4th,depends on how you look at that email. I tracked my package online and it said the NVC didn't receive it until the 2nd, while email from NVC stated May 1, but I got the email on the 4th. lol

Anyway, Case Complete June 4th, email received today June 9th. Interview July 14th.

Amen. I left my husband a week after our marriage ceremony, thinking he will be here with me by June or July, This whole thing is making me sick, I file for two ppl and nvc doesn't work this way so I'm wondering what has happened to their department.

Married 2001, conditional resident 2003, permanent resident 2005.Left U.S 2012, abandoned green card 2013.Applied I-130 Nov 2014, approved Dec 2014. DS260 13th Apr 2015. Docs sent 27 Apr. Scan date May 1. Case complete June 4!Interview July 14th, rescheduled to Oct 20th.  Applied for N400 on November 6th, 2018. I'm the immigrant :)

Same here :(

I really can't understand how NVC works. My baby and my case are considered associated cases but my case has been complete almost two weeks ago. Now I'm nervous that her case might get a checklist. My husband is pushing our medicals next week. He believed nothing will be a problem with baby's case.

i feel ya!

left my hubby 4 days after we got married in 2014, thinking i would see him again atleast in the same year. now 1,5 years later im still waiting :clock:

my daughters case was approved by uscis a half year after mine :wow:

at nvc she got her CC a week before i got mine, dont ask me how nvc works :unsure:

Please please, take it easy, Dear! I really feel for you! No one can understand their working system. I got CC on May 13, on June 2 I called them expecting some joyous news, but instead was informed than my case is on AP. I almost got a heart attack! You know what AP means! I cried my eyes out all night. Next day my husband called them and he was told I have an interview scheduled in July. Sometimes it seems their goal is to push the people to emergency room couple of times before we finish this process. Just take it easy and relax if you can. It is also good to turn on full ignorance on what is going on, just to keep yourself sane. Good luck! It is getting closer :)

we fled from kazachstan to germany in 1991 and now im running to usa lol

I found out by phone on June 3rd our interview had been scheduled

Received the official P4 letter via email June 9th

Interview is July 27th

Marriage : March 11, 2013

USCIS

I-130 Sent : June 20,2014

I-130 NOA1 : June 23, 2014

I-130 Approved : December 3, 2014

Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 163 days from your NOA1 date.

NVC Received : December 15, 2014
Case Number Assigned : January 20, 2015

Received DS-261 / AOS Invoice : January 21, 2015
Paid AOS Bill : January 22, 2015
AOS Package Scanned : March 12,2015
Received IV Invoice : January 30, 2015

Paid IV Bill : February 4, 2015

IV Package Scanned : March 12, 2015

Submitted DS-260 : February 5, 2015

Case Complete : April 08, 2015

Interview Scheduled: June 03, 2015 (confirmed by phone call)

Received P4 email: June 09, 2015
Interview Date : July 27, 2015
Interview Result: APPROVED !!!!!!

Visa Received: August 03, 2015
